Had a recent short 3 night stay that was overall pleasant. Pros: -Very nice and accommodating staff- they were able to get us into our room by 130pm instead of 3pm which was very much appreciated (we were in major est time zone zombie mode lol). They also always made sure to greet us daily. -Fairly decent sized room with good ventilation vs the numerous others I have stayed in, in London. -Did not experience much noise, only when people spoke loudly walking by at night and some church bells but overall good sound insulation. -Decent water pressure in shower, spacious bathroom. -Great location with two tube station options nearby (bayswater and queensway); plenty of restaurants, bakeries, Tesco, etc along the way. Minor Cons: -Beds are solid as a rock lol but surprisingly I didnt have trouble getting to sleep, bedding sheets helped. -The room did have pretty obvious signs of wear and tear, made worse due to lack of housekeeping maintenance, the carpet was very dirty (bring slippers). -The water kettle was filthy with mildew/mineral build up so couldn't really make tea or coffee. -Shower was tinyyy and whenever I got out of the shower, I was hit with a nice heat jolt to my arm from the towel heating rack that stood on nonstop (couldn't for the life of us figure out how to turn it off). In the beginning it was funny but by the last night, it was pissing me off lol Overall, good option especially looking for a reasonably priced stay in London. I would stay here again.

Only stayed here 1 night but had a great experience! The moment you walk in, it felt luxurious and smelled great throughout the whole building. Everything is on the smaller side such as the lift and room. The bed and bathroom were amazing and clean, slept like a baby. No complaints there. The only thing is that the walls and window don’t seem sound proof, we heard people on the street and hallway but that didn’t really bother us since it was only 1 night. Staff at the front desk were exceptional and kind. We were able to store our luggage since check in was later in the afternoon. Pretty safe too since it’s a locked room that only staff can enter. If I were to go back to london, i’d stay here.
Book it!! You will love this sweet boutique hotel. Kind, attentive service. The entire hotel and room was very clean, well cared for, and very aesthetic, with great attention to all the little convenient pleasing details. Very comfy bed and had a great use of room space. We were in a lower ground floor room, which was a new experience for us, but we loved it! It’s in a quiet, great location (14 min easy walk from Paddington). The continental breakfast was excellent! We will stay here every visit, on our way through London☺️
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed here for the first and last leg of our vacation. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Our room was nice, clean, and very spacious. The hotel location is wonderful. We loved that it was in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the subway, train, and many Kensington sightseeing highlights. Lots of great coffee shops near by as well as restaurants.
The Good: Location: Absolutely spot on! Very easy links to the airport and central London. The high street (Queensway) with supermarkets and restaurants is just around the corner. Style: The hotel and rooms look very modern, fresh, and visually appealing. Service: The staff were very helpful and tried their best to assist when we reported issues. The Not-So-Good: The Sofa Bed: In our opinion, the sofa bed was unusable for an adult. As an 85kg man, I could feel every metal bar and it creaked loudly. Despite the staff's kind efforts with an extra topper and WD-40, it didn't help. In the end, I actually chose to sleep on the floor using the mattress and topper there, which was significantly more comfortable than the metal frame of the bed. Cleanliness: This was very disappointing. To our knowledge, the carpet wasn't vacuumed once during our 4-day stay. There were noticeable clumps of dust in the corners of the stairs, and the dust on the bathroom shelf was thick enough to write my name in. For a hotel of this standard, the cleaning should be much more thorough. Verdict: A stylish hotel in a brilliant location, but it needs to significantly improve its cleaning standards and the quality of the extra beds.
