St. Ermins Hotel, Autograph Collection

Our experience at St Ermins was a mixed bag. Right off the bat, there is a tonnnn of history at this hotel. The staff was incredible. They were kind enough to walk us around and show + tell us the past of the hotel. Now, you have to understand how boutique hotels work. Rooms are very functional but the history, amenities, and other add ons make up for everything. Our first room was actually great except for the fact that the AC wasn't working. The staff couldn't relocate us that night so they got in couple Dyson fans. We cracked open the windows, and it wasn't that bad. They compensated me the next day by adding some points to my account and moving us to another room. This room was a tad bit tinier, which is fine, buttttt we were on the top floor and they had construction going on. Luckily we didn't suffer jet lag and spent the day sightseeing. Had we needed to take a nap, that would've been hella annoying. The tea lounge, the terrace, Caxton lounge, the bees, everything about this hotel was very chic. So yeah, had the AC been working in our first room or had the second room been more "peaceful", this would've been 5 stars across the board. Even with that in mind, I do recommend this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect. Smack dab in the middle of everything.

We completed a stay here at the tail-end of a trip to Europe before returning home to Southern California. All in all, was a great stay. The service is just fantastic. The team does a great job of taking care of guests. We really enjoyed the lovely breakfast, as well as the happy hour they put on for guests - it is a great way to chat with other guests staying at the hotel. The courtyard is beautiful, and it is literally right next to the St James Park train station so it’s super convenient. Only minor downside is rooms are a bit small; but this is not out of the ordinary for London. Would highly recommend and certainly stay again!

Loved staying here. Had AC! A godsend during the heatwave. Friendly and helpful staff and so accommodating. The walk up the driveway is so charming with the archway and greenery. Around the corner from St. James Park tube so it’s easy to get everywhere; also just a short walk to the palace. There’s also a Farmer J across the street to start your morning with a quick breakfast, but the breakfast at the hotel was lovely too. For the standard rooms the storage/closet space is a bit tight but we made it work. I would 100% stay here again.

We had a wonderful time here for my 60th birthday. The hotel is stunning with a beautiful entrance with lovely plants and flowers. Our room was beautiful and The White Company toiletries were a lovely touch. All the staff are very attentive and will do anything for you. We had an afternoon tea which was just amazing, we only managed 3 of the 17 teas on offer, the sandwiches, scones and cakes were all gorgeous. I didn't know where I was being taken to as it was a surprise, I couldn't believe how close to all the most famous landmarks we were. We would thoroughly recommend a stay in St Ermines.
