The location is good and it’s a quiet area. The room was scruffy with rotten windows, floor lifting, a large piece of plaster board obviously used for maintenance access was screwed on to the wall out of line and hanging. I have never had to share so much personal information and ID to stay in a hotel before felt very unnecessary to have this for all guests. This is a budget room (not a hotel) in a good location. Definitely not 4 star.

Beautiful, clean and quiet rooms. Very comfortable beds. Great location 5 minutes away from South Kensington station, close to NHM, V&A and science museum.
Really enjoyed my stay at Numa Chelsea Green. The location is fantastic. it's in a lovely, quiet part of Chelsea but still close to plenty of great cafés, restaurants, and transport, so it was easy to get around. The room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed. I also really liked how easy the self check-in and check-out process was. The bed was super comfortable I slept really well! Overall, it was a great experience and I'd happily stay here again. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for a comfortable and hassle-free place to stay in London.
Not recommended. The location is quite far from many attractions and points of interest. The amenities advertised were not fully provided, and the room we were assigned was different from the one shown in the listing. The first room had a lock issue, and the door would not lock when we were out (we were always concerned about safety during our outdoor activities). We were moved to a second room, but it had a fire safety issue. We were asked to leave the room so it could be fixed, but the issue was never resolved. There was no microwave in either the room or the shared area to heat food. The kettle was not working, and although housekeeping later brought a replacement, they did not replace the dirty utensils and mugs with clean ones. During our four-night stay, the room was never cleaned, and there was no on-site staff member available to contact regarding housekeeping. The room itself was very small and cramped. The toilet flush occasionally malfunctioned, and there was no ventilation in the bathroom. The bathroom door was made of glass, so no privacy. There was also no electrical outlet in the bathroom for shaving or brushing. Because the room was so small, I ended up spending most of my time in the shared area. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience.
First of all, the location is not particularly central. You need to walk at least 10–15 minutes from the nearest metro stations and major bus stops. The street where the property is located is not especially lively; it is in a rather quiet and peaceful area. However, guests traveling with large and heavy luggage may face significant difficulties. Firstly, because of the stairs at the entrance, it is not possible to simply roll heavy suitcases directly into the building. Secondly, even though there is an elevator, guests staying on the upper floors still need to use stairs to reach their rooms. In my case, after taking the elevator, I still had to climb another flight of stairs to get to my room. This was genuinely challenging with heavy luggage. Another issue was that my room had a connecting door to the neighboring room. Although the door was locked, it felt more like an interior door within a house rather than a solid hotel wall. As a result, sound insulation was extremely poor. I could hear almost everything from the room next door, and it often felt as if we were staying in the same apartment. From both a privacy and security perspective, I found this somewhat uncomfortable. Other than that, the room itself was spacious and comfortable. However, the combination of stairs and elevator access was quite exhausting, and the fact that the hotel is not very centrally located made me feel somewhat uneasy when returning late at night.
