I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the location was excellent and convenient.
The only issue I noticed was with the air conditioning. It seems to be connected to the restaurant’s ventilation system, as food smells occasionally entered the room through the air conditioning. I hope this can be addressed, as everything else about the stay was excellent. + the room size was very thin and not as what you see in the photos.
Had the best 5 night stay at the Sheraton Park Lane. Our room was more spacious than expected, the hotel location is very convenient (close to the tube, bus, across from the park), the breakfast in the lounge was excellent, the lobby and common areas of the hotel were gorgeous. But far and away the BEST part of our stay were the staff. Their warmth and friendliness was so sincere. Kwazi, John Smith, Mustafa, Tetiana, Nelson to name just a few. From the moment we stepped out of our taxi Mustafa was there with a big smile and a lollipop for our daughter - something that continued the whole stay! Every request was met promptly and like it was never any trouble at all. Housekeeping was wonderful and to come back to a spotless room every day was a treat. We were so sad to have to leave, though we look forward to staying there again on future visits. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!
We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Park Lane London. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained.

Customer-matching deals, easy communication, beautiful venue (newly refurbished tastefully), scrumptious food with all considerations accepted (VG, vegan, nut-free, gluten-free, etc.), and heartwarming services from the staff. We truly had a great party there.
Silver Gallery is more than beautiful; Oakroom and Tudor Rose room are lovely and classic.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and could not have been happier with our experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location—within walking distance of Buckingham Palace, the park, and a Tube station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring London.
