ARUN and SAJA at the front desk were very courteous and helpful throughout my 4 week stay and I can't thank them enough. The accommodation is very convenient for London for a stay with children but dors require cosmetic improvements in all the apartments I stayed at. The amenities are great also and we particularly made use of the washing machine and oven. The TV service dropped on one day but was fixed quickly. The bathroom was very tight in Rm 104.
horribly dirty. don't trust the photos! the carpet, curtains, bedding, towels, and surfaces were dirty or stained. there was idk what kind of grime and mold around the bathroom and kitchen. they clearly didn't clean after the last guest because there was still feces in the toilet. the bedding was ripped! the dishwasher was missing the entire front panel. everything needs to be refurbished. we didn't get service while we were there which is fine, but they also didn't leave us enough supplies. they charged us extra in addition to our booking costs because they claimed the booking covers just the room, but not the number of people staying. that's absurd. the heater doesn't work correctly. one of our rooms remained freezing cold. the washer didn't actually do its job properly either so we were left with wet soapy clothes. one of the bathrooms had lukewarm water and it never got hot enough to actually use for showering. i'll never stay here again. it's really bad.
Do NOT bother staying here. We booked through VRBO and the property didn’t even send proper check in/out instructions. I had to chase them down to get the information. Then, they advertised they had parking available, which is why we booked the property in the first place, and when we reached out to the hosts before we arrived, they said parking was not available after all. We had to park our car at a car lot and walk 15min to the property and pay 100£ to park for 2 nights. Hot water does not work either. Several lamps didn’t work. We had to leave early for the airport and I looked everywhere for check out instructions and where to leave the keys and they provided us no instruction. Horrible experience with both this property and Expedia. Beware!!!
Stained dirty worn carpet, missing light fixtures, warped damaged laminate flooring (which I smashed my toe into), disintegrating patio furniture, a shared balcony that could be accessed by other units (safety issue), corroded bath mirrors, some broken tile, and no AC, what's not to love about this place? A premium price for a dump. Unit 502 needs to be repaired and remodeled. Completely unacceptable to charge for such poor conditions. Avoid this place entirely. We were all quite upset.
We stayed at Saco Aptm from 30/4-4/5/26. The check in was smooth. But the room was a terrible letdown. Size of room is ok but the cleanliness is horrific. Dried food was found on the floor and we found a curly body hair on the bedsheets. When we approached reception to inform them, the female manager gave a lukewarm apology and offered a change of sheets. Bathroom in the room was also poorly designed & not user friendly. Overall location is good but it is not an apartment we will book again. Not to mention the rates are not competitive.
