Richmond Hill Hotel

We really liked the hotel. The room was small, but it had absolutely everything we needed. Everything was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We would happily come back again.

Afternoon tea ☕️ We booked afternoon tea at the Richmond Hotel for a birthday, and it was a lovely experience from start to finish. The location is beautiful, the restaurant is calm and welcoming, and the afternoon tea was perfect. A special thank you to Kiana, a lovely young lady with a beautiful smile who gave us a table, and also stayed friendly and helpful all the way through. Everything was great ,the staff, the place and the afternoon tea. I highly recommend it if you want to make a special memory 😊

We stayed here as part of a wedding party and had a fantastic experience. The location is beautiful, right next to Richmond Park with lovely views of the Thames, making it a perfect setting for a special occasion. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and professional welcome. The rooms were immaculate, comfortable, and well appointed. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and every member of staff we encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy to assist. Their attention and positive attitude really added to the enjoyment of the celebrations. A special thank you to Roseanne for her excellent tips and recommendations, which were much appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful hotel.

Thank you for a wonderful, comfortable stay for my birthday. The staff were all very friendly, efficient and kind - leaving me a thoughtful card, small gift and arranging for a connected room with my friend. We loved relaxing in your beautiful bar and the evening meal was truly fabulous - I partly selected your hotel due to the exciting menu and it did not disappoint! It was nice to see plenty of vegan options too for breakfast. Overall, we felt our stay was good value and would definitely return!
