If it weren’t for the services offered, I would have given an even lower rating. FIRST OF ALL, the room was full of dust, literally everywhere. Around the TV, on top of the minibar, next to and even UNDER THE BED. Let’s just hope you never drop anything under there. The sink was not working properly, the hot water came very slowly, and there were hairs in the bed sheets. Not to mention the menu, which still had greasy fingerprints from previous guests. Luckily, although the staff did not seem particularly happy about it, they offered to change our room. The second room was slightly cleaner, although there was still dust basically everywhere. The only positive thing about the hotel is the services provided: you can leave your luggage for free before check-in and after check-out, and there is an iron and a hairdryer in the room. The bathroom also has European power outlets. It seems that many of the rooms have windows. Towels are changed every morning and the room is tidied up. There is also a bar inside the hotel and possibly a restaurant, as well as a nice large TV. However, FOUR STARS ARE FAR TOO MANY when it comes to the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The services are convenient, but cleanliness should be a basic standard, especially for a four-star hotel. (Peccato che non mi fanno mettere le foto )
I've stayed here twice now as it's really convenient for the O2 the staff are great, the bed is comfortable, good shower and towels and the breakfast is really good. Nice tea tray and a fridge is a massive plus. The location is a bit industrial, this time I was 30 minutes before check in and was told I could sit and wait 30 mins or pay £10. My night here was much more expensive than last time because a bigger star was at the O2 so more demand. But I thought that was ridiculous. Either say your rooms not ready or you can enter a few minutes early. The receptionist was really nice it wasn't her fault.
Had an excellent stay here! The rooms were lovely and clean with a great AC unit which was perfect for escaping the heatwave. Easy walking distance to the 02 arena, 10-20 approx. Location is a little odd as it is in the industrial estate but it is perfect if you plan on visiting the 02. Value for money is also very good compared to other well known hotel groups. I had the best night sleep I’ve had in a very long time and would 100% come back for another stay.
Great location for an overnight stay if visiting the area and O2; the walking distance wasn’t too bad. The rooms and some facilities are average however on the TV we should be able to watch in the TV through your so-called screen sharing for it to only be audio only in 2026 this is not 4⭐️quality TV facilities such as no Netflix, YouTube, Prime just plan Freeview. They have a Rooftop Lounge which is not for guests unless a reservation is made. Rooms was nice vintage decorative rooms which I absolutely loved 🥰 ❤️ all that is missing is complimentary biscuits 🍪 for
