⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an amazing stay at Radisson Blu South Kensington! The location is perfect, it’s close to the Underground, museums, restaurants, and everything you need to explore London. I stayed here with my friends and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were outstanding, always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. A special shout-out to Aditi, who truly made our stay memorable. I asked to change my room twice because I wasn’t completely happy with my initial choices, and she handled everything with so much patience and professionalism. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied, and her excellent customer service really stood out. The only minor downside was that one of the lifts wasn’t working during our stay, and the corridor doors closed quite forcefully and could be a bit noisy. Other than that, everything was excellent. I would definitely stay here again whenever I visit London. Highly recommended!

We had a very pleasant stay at Radisson Blu South Kensington. The location is excellent, and although the rooms are not particularly large, which is understandable for central London, the quality of service really stood out. A special thank you to Jimit at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. He helped us change rooms and made sure everything was taken care of smoothly. His professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help made a real difference to our experience. The rest of the staff were also friendly and helpful, and we could really feel the care and effort they put into making guests comfortable. Overall, we truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality and would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!
Starting with the positives - The staff was very helpful and polite. The lobby area is very pretty and reflects the historic vibe of the hotel. Breakfast was good and had many offerings. The location was perfect. A 3 min walk to the underground and a 15 minute walk to Hyde Park. While I understand this is a hustoric location, our room was really run down. We had a family room and somehow felt like it was between two floors making it a bit tricky to find. It was very functional and had enough room for myself and 2 teenagers. The carpet was very worn and the curtain had a cut in it. There were only two outlets in the room so I was thankful that I brought cords with multiple chargers. The one outlet in the bathroom said "shavers only", therefore we had to blow dry our hair outside of the bathroom on this awkward landing area. Much of the bathroom looked like it has seen better days - broken tiles, missing or stained grout. Overall, it was fine. But, for close to $600 for the night I expected nicer room conditions.
I booked a superior single. The fridge was awesome. The room was nice. The staff was very responsive. The room was quiet. I was in the back, so there was not a lot of traffic. I only heard one vehicle, and he sounded like he was trying to be loud. The corridor is narrow. The lift is small. You will get cozy with strangers going up and down each day. The room was supposed to also have a desk and a chair. Neither of those were in the room. It really looked like a standard single when I look back on the room pictures, but even those were supposed to have a chair. I attached pictures I took. Still, the location was great, and service was excellent. Tube is easy access. There is a bus stop right across the street for westbound. Eastbound is about a block and a half away. Plenty of shops in the area: Tesco, Boots, and Waitrose are all right there. One note: Turn off the plug before you plug in your adapter. I forgot once. It got a bit sparky. It didn’t blow a breaker, but lesson learned.
The Radisson Blu South Kensington is a top hotel. The service and amenities are wonderful, and the entire hotel staff is very welcoming, polite, attentive, friendly, and helpful. The hotel restaurant has an amazing buffet-style breakfast with a wide selection of hot and cold foods and beverages. They also serve excellent meals at other times of the day. In particular I would like to thank Cecilia, the restaurant hostess, who always kindly greets guests with a warm smile, and is careful to seat you at just the right table. The hotel very close to the Gloucester Road tube station in a great neighborhood with lots of different restaurants. There is also an excellent grocery store nearby if you’d like to pick up something to eat on the go. I highly recommend this hotel!
