Fantastic stay at the Radisson Blu, Canary Wharf From the moment we arrived, the Radisson Blu in Canary Wharf made our trip feel special. We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t fault the experience. The location was ideal for our leisure trip, particularly as it was only a short Uber ride from the O2, where we were attending a show. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a suite, which was lovely and made our stay even more memorable. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully comfortable, with an especially large inviting bed. A complimentary drink was another thoughtful touch, and we enjoyed it before heading to the show. Throughout our visit, the reception and hotel bar staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The only minor downsides were the rather dim room lighting at night and the fact that the nearest Tube station was a fairly long walk away. Overall, we had a brilliant experience from start to finish, with no major issues at all. We would happily recommend this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to London.

Took my first ever trip to London to catch the NFL game in nearby Tottenham and picked this hotel because the location looked cool and sort of tucked away from the main busy area of central London; plus I love a good skyscraper skyline. I was not disappointed. The hotel, from the staff, the room and restaurant, were alll great. Oh, and did I mention the location? Sitting on the Thames, across from the O2 and just a short walk from Canary Wharf center for good food and shopping, I couldn't have asked for a better spot. The only knock I have, and this would only apply if, even on a weekend stay, you're accustomed to putting your clothes away in the closet instead of living out of your luggage bag; there really wasn't a closet. Well, there was, but instead of the closet being the closed space in the room where the Ironing board was located, like most hotels I've been to; it was actually situated in the bathroom along with the drawer chest, next to the robes and slippers. With no door on it to block the bathroom moisture from reaching the clothes, its odd that they chose to use that space as the closet. I did stay in a Premium River view room however, so, I don't know if that's the closet setup for all rooms. Regardless, I really, really, enjoyed my stay and will definitely seek this place out again the next time I visit London.
Overall the hotel was great for our quick 2 night stay, we upgraded to the premium river view room. The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful with giving information on how to get around. The room itself had a great view of the river and O2 arena, the bathroom was huge with a nice soaking tub and glass walk in shower. The only downfall of the stay was the overall cleanliness of our room was lacking. There was a lot of dust in the bedroom and desk area, stains on the carpet, and the bathroom toilet was not appropriately cleaned which had us concerned about the bathroom as a whole. We were staying there for a concert and it was very easy to get to and from the O2 arena for the event. 5-7minute walk to the Blackwell station very easy to figure it out. The hotel also helped arrange a private driver for transportation to and from the airport - which our driver for that was very great, he offered to also assist us during our stay if we needed other transportation options other than the train for our trips to the O2 arena. Overall a good option to be close to the arena for the event. My only issue was the cleanliness was lacking, but not horrible. All the staff interactions were very nice and friendly.
Currently staying at the hotel which is lovely, rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely presented. However the overall service and atmosphere has really let it down. We found the hotel quite unwelcoming, and unfortunately it felt as though even simple requests were treated as though they were too much trouble. We had specifically asked in advance for a pull-out bed as we were travelling with two teenagers who would otherwise have to share the sofa. Despite this, there was no additional bed provided, leaving one of our teenagers having to sleep on the floor, we had informed reception of this who did kindly did give him a quilt to sleep on. The room was clean and tidy, but good customer service is more important, and on this occasion we simply didn’t feel that we received it, we will may check out early if we can find alternative accommodation nearby.
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. We booked a superior room but got upgraded upon arrival to a premium riverside room overlooking the O2, and the view was absolutely stunning both during the day and at night. Waking up to the river and seeing the city lights in the evening made our stay even more special. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing few days. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh and tasty options to choose from each morning. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and welcoming, but I'd especially like to mention Roman at reception. He was professional and genuinely went the extra mile to make us feel welcome throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. If you're looking for a hotel with beautiful views, great service, and a peaceful location, this is definitely worth considering.
