Very nice room with lovely views, (we were on 14th floor) very helpful and polite staff. The downside is you may have to watch for a while for lifts and the breakfast was good but the staff couldn't.keep up and kept running out of items. We've stayed it 6 places I summer 2026, the premier inn, travelodge and point a. around paddington and euston. This we think was the best!

Brilliant hotel. Had the pleasure of staying here for a few nights this week - top marks well deserved. The hotel is right next to Paddington Basin, an absolutely lovely spot in the middle of London. Good choice of places to eat / drink nearby too, and handy for Paddington Station. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation. The staff are great, everyone I spoke to during my stay was really helpful - great service. Thanks for making my stay a pleasant and enjoyable one. Alex Glasgow
I honestly cannot praise our stay at the Premier Inn London Paddington enough! Our room was clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable-exactly what we needed after a long day of exploring. We visited during a hot spell in July, so having good, reliable air conditioning in the room was an absolute lifesaver. What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional service. Every single staff member we encountered was helpful and quick to address our needs. The morning breakfast team and the staff at the Bar+Block restaurant were polite, courteous, and attentive throughout our entire stay. Speaking of the restaurant, we enjoyed some very tasty burgers there, and I particularly recommend the Choc Fondant for dessert—it was super! A special thank you to Chanelle and Sokhawat Hossain, who both went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcome. Management, please keep up the great work and look after your team—they are hands-down your greatest asset!
My first review was removed, lost, or perhaps not posted. So I am posting my review for a second time now. On our last night, my two girlfriends and I had arrived at the hotel late and started packing our belongings up for the next day early in the morning when we got a knock at the door, with a man we hadn’t seen before, taller, tanned, with a beard and a walkie-talkie, who barely looked like he worked for the hotel (no name tags, no company colours, not even a security badge). He belittled my friend when she opened the door and mocked her for speaking in a soft voice, cut her off as she spoke, and told us he had to kick one of us out of our room at 1AM solely because we were “too loud” and had three women in a hotel room which was against policy, a policy that we hadn’t known about before booking. When we obviously argued with him telling us one of us had to leave, we asked him what we should do, his reply was “not my problem”. As three young women here to travel, we were absolutely mortified, scared, and disgusted by this. We were completely appalled and at the end of this whole interaction, he made us line up in front of him, in our room, and made us promise we would be quiet. As someone who has worked in the service and hotel industry, conflict between guests and staff should NOT be handled like this, no matter where you are from or where you are staying. This is absolutely unacceptable and incredibly worrying, as this man had little to no regard or empathy for potentially sending young women to the streets late at night. I am extremely disappointed, distraught, and absolutely furious at the treatment towards us as we were simply trying to pack up quickly and settle in for the night when we had our safety threatened. As someone who should reinforce rules and procedures in a hotel, there were many better ways to handle our situation and he did so extremely poorly. We understand that we were being loud, however that DOES NOT mean that we should be kicked out of the hotel at 1 in the morning in a foreign city like London. Absolutely ridiculous, deplorable, The only redeeming part of all this was that a woman at the front desk we talked to while checking out was helpful, understanding, kind towards us, and was determined to investigate our situation.
