Absolutely unacceptable experience – appalling cleanliness and customer service I have two friends who have experienced serious issues at this hotel, one two years ago and another today. Unfortunately, these experiences raise serious concerns about the hotel's standards and customer service. My friend had requested an early check-in online and received confirmation that it was approved. She arrived at 12 noon, expecting to check in early as agreed, but was made to wait until 3:30 pm while her room was supposedly being cleaned. After waiting three and a half hours, she finally went up to her room, only to find it in an absolutely disgusting condition. The toilet had faeces inside the bowl, and there was dust throughout the room. She urgently needed to use the bathroom, but it was so unhygienic that she had to leave the hotel to find another toilet elsewhere. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the reception staff. When my friend complained that the bathroom was not clean, the receptionist dismissed her concerns, insisting that it was clean and suggesting that perhaps it simply did not meet my friend's standards. My friend had to explicitly point out that there was faeces inside the toilet bowl before her complaint was taken seriously. The room was eventually cleaned, but this does not excuse the experience. Dust was still present throughout the room, and valuable time had already been wasted. She had to wait hours beyond her approved early check-in time, was given an unhygienic room, and then had to argue with staff just to have a legitimate hygiene concern acknowledged. A clean room, basic hygiene, and respectful customer service are the bare minimum any hotel should provide. Mistakes can happen, but dismissing a guest's concerns instead of taking them seriously is simply unacceptable. What is particularly concerning is that another friend experienced problems at this hotel two years ago. Hearing about another terrible experience raises questions about whether these issues are being properly addressed. Based on these experiences, I would not recommend this hotel. Management seriously needs to improve its housekeeping standards, check-in procedures, and staff attitude towards guests.

Gorgeous views. Excellent staff and first class customer service. Our room was a good size, very clean and had everything we needed. The swimming pool was spa was great. We ended up having room service in the evening. Food was quick, great portions and hot. Will definitely come back. Highly recommend for a great central location, close to the Thames and Houses of Parliament.
I had a fantastic stay here. The hotel is in such a convenient location and the views around Westminster are beautiful. Check-in was smooth, the room was spacious and everything was spotless. Breakfast had a good selection and the staff were lovely. It felt like a really comfortable base for exploring London. Highly recommended!
The WORST experience ever! The staff, management, rooms and the whole experience was absolutely the worst! We planned to go there because of the reviews on their care for people and attention to detail. It was absolutely the worst experience ever. If you can go to other places nearby, then I would recommend picking another place. There are lots of other hotels nearby with probably better services. I am in awe of the way the whole experience was for us. The rooms-didn’t seem to be into the details of what the price we paid. It felt half done or even things were completely missing. Location-was the only good thing about this hotel. Amenities-we book for pools too but the pool was done the whole stay—-it said due to emergency maintenance Basically the bed was comfortable but absolutely not worth the price either. Do not recommend this place! Look for better options nearby.
Fantastic location and our Radisson rewards membership was acknowledged upon check in when we were offered a fantastic complimentary upgraded room. We were also presented with a bottle of wine but it was Chateaux du plonk and pretty dreadful! We had a fantastic dinner in the restaurant and shared the Côte de Boeuf which was excellent. Service by Natalia from Moldova was outstanding, friendly efficient and professional. We luckily found better wine on the menu here! The only minor thing was that for such an upscale hotel and with our mini-suite room, I would’ve expected a Nespresso machine or similar- nearly every other Radisson hotel offers this so I was surprised not to have one. The pool and spa area was also great we enjoyed a morning swim and use of sauna / steam rooms.
