Stayed here for one night for work. Staff greeted us with water on arrival which was lovely on a very warm day. Check in was quick, and Zoro was so helpful with my bags to my room. I was in the downstairs section near the gym, and the room while compact was very comfortable. There was no street noise but as I was so close to the gym there was quite a lot of noise from passing guests going to and from their rooms, and there was an issue with the TV in my room but staff were quick to resolve this with me. I very much enjoyed the Do Not Disturb door system. Honestly the highest level of service I've had in a London hotel, I would love to stay here again.

Overall an excellent hotel with perfect location , cozy rooms and amazing service. Not far from Kensington which would have cost me almost double the price. The gym facilities came in as a bonus which were well equipped. We ate first night at the hotel and it was very nice too. The food was delicious and service was prompt. On day 2 we had a Thai at a nearby restaurant which was recommended by reception and it was nice too. The staff are the highlight and went out of their way to help.Rooms were clean and A/C was a blessing. Will definitely come again.
Not Bad, Not Brilliant. Reception and staff very friendly. We had to check in at the bar but outside the peak hours they run a reception desk which I found a little odd. Just be warned there are rooms without windows and it's hidden in the small print when booking. I found out afterwards and upgraded to one with a window for minimal cost. Not there was much to see. We were on the 4th floor, the room was absolutely tiny. A king bed pushed up against the wall, we had no hot water for a few hours at the start of the stay as they'd forgotten to turn the boiler back on. Room was nice on the surface but bathroom was very scruffy. You could hear absolutely everything from other rooms, our bed was backing onto someone's bathroom and I could hear them peeing etc. The noise levels were bad. It's a nice looking hotel in a good area, loads of pubs/bars/shops nearby and really easy access to the tube. I wouldn't stay here again.
I had an amazing 4 night stay at The Cura. It was 3-5 min walk from Earl’s court station. Lovely area, safe, quiet. The staff was amazing and very friendly upon arrival. I was able to walk or tube all over London. The rooms were beautiful, nicely decorated and very clean. The beds were great, soft, nice sheets, clean. Bathrooms were clean. The room I picked is the cozy, so it was small but perfect for me as I was traveling solo. This hotel was smashing and I will be staying again!
Kept forgetting this is a Marriott property, since it never felt like one. The only best part was their location - short walk from Earl Court station and several places to dine and shop. Lets start with arrival. Reception is not on the ground floor, so drag all you bags up some stairs ! There is 2 receptions depending when you arrive. The one on the left operates during morning hours. The one of the right operates in the afternoon, which is also a bar and restaurant. Walking to our rooms was walking corridors and 4 set of doors and multiple stairs even in the same floor !. Thankfully the staff helped us with our bags. Rooms are tiny - i mean tiny - there is barely any space between the bed and the walls. Bed was comfortable and the neighborhood is pretty and quiet. Bathroom was clean but as you can imagine very tight. our room was on the third floor and guess what - there is no water filter in that floor, so if you need some nice cold refreshing water, walk to the 2nd or 4th floor ! Food - there is a restaurant in the ground floor, but Marriott Titanium status gives you nothing. I was so disappointed with the property, that i decided to collect the points rather than breakfast or any food. There are plenty of choices nearby. Overall - i would not recommend this property, unless you got no other options nearby or traveling for a night, because this is not a cheap property either.
