Nutfield Priory Hotel And Spa

My daughter took me on an overnight stay for my 60th birthday present. It was sublime. The hotel is an architectural marvel of days gone by. The history seeps from the stone! We were greeted and shown around and our room was found on the second floor. It was spacious and so very comfortable. We had drinks in the bar just chatting and admiring the view. Dinner was excellent and breakfast equally so. Then we did a spa day to round it all off. 10/10 all round.

We had exclusive use of the hotel for our wedding on the 4th October 26. Alexandra from the original welcome and viewing to the coordination and actual event was amazing. Peter, our manager on the day was truly fabulous, patient and organised his team beautifully. We had the best day ever and our guests were delighted with their rooms and meal. We had a wonderful stay at Nutfield Priory with friends. The staff were fantastic throughout, especially Alek and Kacper in the restaurant and Maria on the front desk, who all made us feel so well looked after. The pool and spa facilities were a real highlight, and dinner was absolutely fantastic. The steak and cod dishes stood out in particular. Pre-dinner drinks on the terrace came with incredible views too. The room itself was very comfortable, and we especially appreciated the black out curtains - pitch black and perfect for a good night's sleep. We'll definitely come back. I can only imagine how magical the Grand Hall must be at Christmas with the fireplace lit up!

We came for a two-day escape from the city, looking to relax in a beautiful old castle surrounded by the English countryside, and we found exactly what we hoped for. The atmosphere was charming and peaceful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special mention goes to Kasper, who looked after us with such charm, respect, and a wonderful “yes, of course, of course” attitude. He really helped make our stay memorable. Also, the spa staff were wonderful, and their care and attention made the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you for a lovely experience! We would happily come back.
