Lovely staff, helpful, kind and welcoming. Great breakfast with plenty to choose from and delicious food. Nice rooms, just not as clean and well maintained as I thought. The shelf in our bathroom was pretty much hanging. The bathtub was damaged and the curtains were stained and damaged
Lovely hotel in the perfect location for Wembley. Staff were lovely. Rooms were basic but okay with comfy beds and a nice shower. Not much natural lighting in the room so would have appreciated some better lighting and did find the one can of pop for 2 people a bit strange but overall we had a nice stay and would return.
The staff were extremely welcoming and kind. We got early check in for a charity match we were going to see. It’s very close to Wembley stadium which was amazing for us. Very close to underground line and plenty of restaurants and pop up shops close by for food. Room was comfortable and very nice(we had a room for 3 ppl 2 adults 1 child). They had the pull out sofa made and ready for us which was amazing! The air con was very good and bathroom was spacious with a lovely shower. Bar was very nice everyone was so friendly. Overall a great experience. I work in a 5* hotel myself and I would highly recommend going here even though they are not 5* online, the standards are very well kept and I would consider it a 5* experience
A great 2 night stay as a family! We recently stayed in a suite to visit attractions around Wembley Park. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was a great size for us travelling as a family of 3 with a 2 year old. We used a cot provided by the hotel which was a little on the small side (95cm in length) compared to our toddlers normal travel cot, but he did sleep fine in there in the end. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet with options to suit us all, and had a delicious room service meal on our second night! Overall a brilliant stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
We stayed at Novotel London Wembley as a family and had a genuinely pleasant and comfortable experience from start to finish. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from Wembley Park station and right next to Wembley Stadium. This made getting around London easy, even with children, and everything we needed (restaurants, shops, transport) was close by. Our room was spacious, clean, and very well organised, which is something we truly appreciated as a family. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, and overall it felt practical without losing a modern, welcoming feel. Cleanliness was consistently high, both in the room and in the common areas. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful at all times. Check-in was smooth, and whenever we needed assistance or information, the team was responsive and professional, which made our stay feel relaxed and stress-free. Breakfast was another highlight for us. There was a good variety of options that worked well for both adults and children, and everything was fresh and well presented. It was a great way to start the day before heading out. Overall, Novotel London Wembley proved to be a reliable, family-friendly hotel with excellent location, comfortable rooms, and attentive service. We would happily stay here again and would confidently recommend it to other families visiting London, especially if they plan to be around the Wembley area.
