I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall ambience was pleasant and relaxing. Everything was well organised and made the stay enjoyable.
A special mention to Muskan, who was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. She was friendly, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly. Her assistance really made a difference to the overall experience.

I recently stayed at and had a wonderful experience, thanks in large part to the receptionist. Her name is EVA She was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. She made check-in smooth and welcoming and went out of her way to answer questions about local dining and transportation. Her recommendations were spot on. It’s rare to meet someone so professional and kind. She really made the stay feel special.
perfect location right next to Tower Bridge and few underground stations, the hotel has a gym (which is great for someone sporty as me). Very clean and professional staff.

Great service from the day and night reception staff. Catalina (or Catarina apologies can't remember exactly) was very helpful on the day of the checkout with getting a later check out time. Water refill stations were much appreciated especially with the heat wave. Room was a great size on level 5. Close to Tower Hill tube, pier and sights. Only downside is the poor air cooling system which was struggling so it was not nearly as cool as could be- hopefully this will be updated soon now that hot summers are becoming the norm.
