I stayed at the Novotel London Canary Wharf for a business trip and it exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself is excellent: modern, spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located for anyone with meetings in Canary Wharf, just a short walk from the Elizabeth line station. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is its team. From the moment I arrived, every person I dealt with was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Requests were handled quickly and with a smile, and the staff consistently went the extra mile without ever being asked. It is rare to find service this professional and this personal at the same time. After a long transatlantic flight, that kind of welcome makes all the difference. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it without hesitation to anyone traveling to London for business or leisure. Thank you to the whole team for an outstanding experience.

Had a lovely stay at Novotel Canary Wharf. The hotel itself is very nice, with great views and a comfortable atmosphere. A special thank you to Maria Stan at the front reception, who was extremely helpful throughout my stay. They assisted me with changing rooms and also made the checkout process very smooth and easy. Their friendly and professional service was really appreciated. Would happily stay here again!
I had a great stay at Novotel Canary Wharf. One of the highlights was definitely the excellent breakfast, with a great variety of options and an amazing view over London — a perfect way to start the day. A special mention to Aline and Francelia, who were always extremely friendly, attentive and welcoming. Their warm and professional service made every morning even more enjoyable. Thank you for the great hospitality. I would definitely stay here again!
We stayed here for two nights. The location was brilliant and the room itself was lovely, but unfortunately, the service really let this beautiful hotel down. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel as though we were bothering them simply by checking in, which was not the welcome we expected. We also had a very unpleasant experience at the rooftop bar. Ordering drinks seemed to be an extreme hassle, and as someone who works in hospitality myself, I completely understand that it can be frustrating when customers order towards closing time. However, the attitude we received was incredibly dismissive. My partner felt so uncomfortable asking for a drink after being met with an eye roll and a very blunt “wine or beer?” response. Then, as soon as it turned 11:00pm on the dot, we were told, “It’s getting late,” despite other guests still leaving at the same time. We both still had half-full drinks. We completely understand that there are closing times and staff need to finish their shifts, but the situation could have been handled in a much kinder and more professional way. Unfortunately, the service issues continued during our stay. We asked if it would be possible to get another towel, and although we were told it would be okay, the towel was never actually brought to us. The following day, after our room had been cleaned, we found that the towels had not been properly replaced, leaving us having to use wet, dirty towels. This was particularly disappointing for a hotel of this standard. Normally, we wouldn’t have an issue with these things, but the dismissive attitude throughout the stay really put a dampener on what was supposed to be a special birthday weekend. It was such a shame because the hotel itself is lovely, the location is fantastic, and the room was great.
This is a nice quiet hotel with easy walking distance to food and transportation. Overall it's a great hotel and I would stay again. We stayed in the accessibility room which was one of the better accessibility rooms I've seen. (please keep in mind I do not need the services but have seen many of these rooms) the bathroom was well equipped with two sinks at different heights. One was positioned next to the toilet for easy access. Multiple emergency cords in the bathroom were available. And they had nifty pop out rail to supplement the many permanent hand holds. The shower was nice with a folding glass door system which I found impressive because it's better than the standard shower curtain I normally see. There is a 1 cm lip on the floor that the door sits inside to keep water from going everywhere. The big thing to keep in mind even though it was equipped with all of this some of it wasn't working. And the shower chair seemed to be coming off the wall a bit. So if you do need the services make sure they check the functionality before you get there and since they'll probably forget maybe have a member of the staff come up with you and make sure everything is in working order.
