Hotel is nice. The room was a bit small, but loved the game room and coffee/tea areas. Location may sketch some people out but we didn't have any issues. Very close to station, easy to travel around London. Staff was friendly

I’m gonna start with what needs work but end on the good. The beds are not the best. Very basic beds and needed to get extra comforters to sleep on to sleep better. JMore business will hopefully bring better beds. This is our only complaint. The service is great. Everyone is great but the two women working the front desk, one Scandinavian and one POC, were both very lovely and also great to chat with. The food here is also really good! Location is great. Very easy to get around London on the tube. Be mindful you’ll be in a Muslim neighborhood. So be mindful to respect the local community. BUT everyone is so friendly and the food is so good. Don’t go to any major corporate restaurants. Support these local places because otherwise you’ll miss out on good food. It’s our first time to London and we feel very welcome. We’ll definitely be back again!
Not to mistake with the company with the same name a few houses away. Every useful station could be easily reached within a few minutes of walking. Everything was clean and cleaned daily. You get what you should except for the money. The room was big enough if you just want to sleep & do attractions during the anyways, and even if you want to stay in the hotel you still have a library (can't judge wasn't there) and a "gaming room", where you could play pool, an arcade machine (with a lot of games) or drink coffee. The outside & the neighbors were quit(good isolation). The windows can't be opened (tilting also impossible), but there's a ventilation system, which is good. The only notable downside - it can get louder at night (40-50dB, average 43-45dB), probably because of the ventilation pipes outside the window. So ear plugs are a must, even if you get used to it on the second night (except you like or tolerate noice well).
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was exactly as pictured, stylish - featuring exposed brickwork, black accents and plenty of character. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent. Being so close to Whitechapel Station made getting around London incredibly easy. It also offers fantastic value for money compared to many other hotels in the city. There are just two small improvements that would make the stay even better. Firstly, having a mini fridge in the room would be really useful, especially for storing food or drinks after a day out exploring the city. Secondly, the shower could benefit from a glass screen or door. While the open-plan design makes the bathroom feel more spacious, it also means the floor gets soaked after every shower and stays wet for quite a while, making it inconvenient to use the toilet afterwards. Because of these two minor issues, I can't quite give it 5 stars, but it's still a well-deserved 4 stars. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and had a fantastic trip. We'd happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique, well-located hotel that offers great value for money.
What a randomly lovely hotel this is! I stayed for one night with my sisters as we had a nearby event. So unassuming from the outside but very cool inside. Rooms are basic but well equipped. Fab rainfall shower in the “wet room” . Bed was comfy and as I always wear earplugs I didn’t find any disturbance from outside. While I like the idea of the games room, library etc, I really would want to be able to make a coffee in my room without having to wander out. Breakfast was quick and plentiful - fresh pastries, tea, coffee and juice available while you wait, and the eggs royale was excellent with perfectly oozy egg yolks. Overall an excellent place to stay: like they say on their website, everything you need and nothing you don’t. Would absolutely stay here again.
