Native Bankside

I've stayed there for weeks, and their team members - Hamza, Yazid, Ameer, Giorgia and Iva are all very friendly and helpful. Per my obsession, they are as helpful as they can to all guests. Hamza was especially helpful and patient when there was some reservation glitch, and Yazid was also very helpful and nice. I've stayed in multiple higher-end hotels in London in personal trips, and this one, which was arranged by my employer and I hadn't ever heard of, had the best attitude. Compared to them, the ones under Marriott was like trash. The team I've met there were absolutely professional, nice, and helpful. Will choose this again.

A perfect apartment hotel! Our only regret is we only discovered this gem on the last evening of our two week England holiday. Native Bankside was perfect for my wife, me and 14 year old son. We had the one bedroom with King and a Queen sofa bed in the living area. The suite was stocked with the best toiletries. AC worked perfectly and quietly. Washer and dryer worked and easy to use! Dishwasher too! Refrigerator even stocked with fresh mini milk containers. Spotless clean and smelled great. We intend to book an entire week here our next trip to London. Oh and it is right next to the Globe and Burrough Market. My wife had a nasty fall on our last night and Yazid at the front desk generously gave us a late 12:30 check out so she would nit have to hobble around unnecessarily. Native Bankside A+++!

Great find! Hidden away and peaceful but right in the middle of all the Bankside action. Hamza, Yazid and Iva were all super helpful and went out of their way to help us when plans changed. Clean, modern and comfortable - would recommend to all!

I can’t say enough about how great this place is! Best of both worlds: all the amenities of an apartment but with the high-quality service of a hotel. Beautiful new spacious apartment, walls of floor-to-ceiling windows in both bedroom and living fill the apartment with light. A bit smaller than it looked in photos, but still very spacious for 2 people. Super comfy king bed, washer/dryer and all kitchen appliances. High quality soap, shampoo & cream. No daily maid service (which I prefer) but easy to get fresh towels, more milk, tea, sugar. Staff super helpful (shout out to Yazid!). Amazing location, steps from the Thames, Borough market, Globe Theatre, Tate, Millenial bridge. We will totally be back and recommend unreservedly!
