I wasn't actually a guest at the millennium hotel but stopped by last week after getting completely lost and feeling very overwhelmed. I was greeted by a young lady called Renee who was so kind, calming and helpful. Not only did she give me the directions I needed, she also gave me some great local tips! I hope management are aware of what an asset she is to your hotel as I would genuinely book a room next time I'm in the area, based on her customer service alone!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay and were especially impressed by how accommodating, friendly and genuinely helpful all the staff were. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. A very special mention to **Cathy and Mohammed**, who were absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to assist us. Their warmth, kindness and attention to detail really made our stay so enjoyable. It’s the wonderful staff who make a hotel experience truly special, and they certainly made our stay a memorable one. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!
I had a very disappointing experience at Millennium Hotel and Conference Centre Gloucester London. During my stay, I found multiple insects on my bed that appeared to be bed bugs. I immediately reported the issue to the reception and showed them the evidence, including photographs. The only action taken was moving me to another room. There was no explanation, no apology, no reassurance that the original room would be inspected, and no assistance or advice regarding my luggage despite the risk of bringing the insects home. Cleanliness and guest safety should be a top priority in any hotel. I hope the hotel thoroughly investigates this incident and improves its response to protect future guests. Update: Following the hotel’s response, I would like to clarify that I personally collected the insects found on both beds in a transparent bag and handed them directly to the Duty Manager as evidence. This can be verified through the hotel’s CCTV footage. In addition, this was not my first stay at this hotel, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
I stayed at the Millennium Hotel and Conference Centre Gloucester London for three nights. Overall, it was a good and convenient stay, especially for a quick visit to London. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. I especially liked the lobby, which had a royal and elegant atmosphere with a nice, unique vibe. The service and first impression were very positive. However, the room size and overall room quality were slightly below my expectations. It was not bad or uncomfortable, but considering the impressive lobby and good service, I expected the room to be a bit better. My room was 101, located close to the street and pedestrian walkway, so there was noticeable noise at night from people walking by and leaving nearby events or parties. Despite these points, the hotel is still a good option if you are looking for something quick, convenient, and well-located in London. I would recommend it, but I suggest asking for a quieter room away from the street.
Great quiet location in Kensington with a wealth of shops, pubs and sites nearby. Hallways and rooms smell musty though so had the window open during the stay and that seemed to help. A few moths flying around the rooms but managed to keep mine moth free. Bathrooms dated but provide the necessary and good quality toiletries. Saving grace was the Nespresso machine which came with the upgraded room. Particularly exceptional customer service from Anna, Thanya, Darko and Daniel. Appreciated the daily newspapers. Tube station direct connection to LHR most convenient and only 5.9 GBP.
