Even if I had to stay here in a next life, it would be too soon. I absolutely hated staying at this hotel. We stayed here on the evening of the 18th September for an event at the track the next day. I'd checked in online and we arrived at 9pm. We were given room #309 (which does not feature on any hotel signage) and it was absolutely awful. This room is essentially a conference break-out room which has had a bed plonked in it. It reeked of "let's chuck a bed in that meeting room so we can generate more revenue from it". It lacked any comfort of any traditional hotel bedroom that I've ever stayed in, the room was without carpet or any soft furnishings and features childish/dated car graphics on the wall. There was controllable air-conditioning but the room remained cold. The wall-mounted controller emitted a bright light that would not dim or switch off. A very bad night's sleep. There's no soft lighting, only very bright ceiling lights, in-fact, the only "non-interrogation" style lighting available in this room was the kitchen extractor hood light! No real natural daylight, except a narrow side window looking out onto a hotel alcove. There's absolutely no way this should be used as a guest bedroom. Especially at £150 per night. I complained - and was offered a complimentary stay. The General Manager thought that this room was acceptable. I may as well have been asking Stevie Wonder. I've had better nights sleeping in a tent. Can you imagine a similar hotel in France or Italy next to race-track with over 100 years of racing history and heritage. It'd be chic, elegant and retro. Here it's just cheap, tacky and tasteless. The bar reflects this dated approach perfectly. To add insult to injury, I'd paid £12 for overnight parking, only to receive a £100 parking fine a few days later by their car-park cameras. The only redeeming feature was the food in the evening. You couldn't call it a restaurant though. It's another really impersonal, brightly-lit room, lacking any atmosphere - just a stark room where you "get" food.

Booked a Spa Break for my partners 40th birthday, they went above and beyond to make its special by decorating the room with balloons and leaving a birthday card. The spa staff were extremely helpful when arriving and our treatments were exceptional, very relaxing! Enjoyed our time in the spa facilities too. Amy served us in both bars, she was a great host very friendly and polite and professional she is a credible member of staff who gave us information about the hotel and recommendations and also made sure that we was offered another beverage before ours had run out and made sure our table was cleared straight away. Jacob & Michelle served us in the restaurant on both nights and was very attentive and made sure our birthday celebrations special. The food was delicious and served in a timely manor. Our room was clean and comfortable and the whole hotel was a great experience. And will be booking again! I would recommend joining ALL Accor membership which is free to join else you have to pay £10 for parking each day.
What can I say. Great Hotel when you are here for racing. I love having breakfast (brake fast ;) and hearing the engines of the racing cars. The racing bar is great. This hotel has a racing feel and I love it. Friendly people. The hotel is old and the bathroom not always clean. Rooms are great. Great WiFi.
My church held a ladies' spa day at this venue, and it was simply lovely! I had such a wonderful time. The rooms were comfortable, the swimming pool and jacuzzi were incredibly relaxing, and the spa... pure heaven! It was exactly the break I needed and such a perfect way to show yourself a little love and self-care. The food was great, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and friendly throughout our visit. I left feeling refreshed, recharged, and thoroughly pampered. I'll definitely be coming back again!
I stay here quite alot while working in london. Its a little out the way but a easy commute when driving in and out of london. Great facilities, pool & sauna are great, good little gym and very friendly staff. Rooms are great & the food in the sports bar is reasonably priced and very tasty.
