We had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The rooms were nice, comfortable, and the air-conditioning kept everything cool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
No AC when the UK was experiencing a heat wave. We had many windows and one stand fan. Maybe offer more fans in high heat situations. Rooms were beautiful. This hotel is super close to Gatwick airport so you hear the planes all of the time. That being said it didn’t bother us too much. It was far away from London city center. Staff was lovely and extremely helpful.
Great hotel with a charming bed-and-breakfast feel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with beautiful views and a peaceful, tranquil atmosphere throughout the property. The morning breakfast was excellent, offering both continental and hot breakfast options (or you can enjoy both). The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable.
This is a fabulous place. Newly decorated through out. Perfectly clean everywhere. The service was impecable, so friendly and unobtrusive. Complimentry tea/coffee/water on arrival. Amazing restful and peaceful place.and free parking to boot.
Parking felt safe, covered by cctv. Staff were very welcoming and accomodating. Room was spacious and clean....carpet was the cleanest i've seen in a hotel room. Room had central heating, in room fridge, and hair dryer. Plenty of storage options and portable clothes rail. Staying here felt like home. Can hear flights taking off from gatwick... runway is across the road and you can see the tails of planes... but you soon filter it out. Overall, id recommend staying here Wifi was very slow and being close to air traffic meant it dropped often.. i ended up just using 5g on my phone
