I arrived as a gold elite member and received a normal welcome, cold and not at all what you would expect from a Marriott. The sink doesn’t drain; I told the concierge twice to fix it, it still doesn’t drain. I left my wallet in the room and called the front desk to have someone fetch it and place it in a safe. “No problem” they said. Coming back after 10 hours, the wallet was still in the room. Not a Marriott.

This was my seventh stay at the Regent Marriott, and as always, my family and I had a wonderful time. What made this visit especially memorable was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Dhruv. He was friendly, calm, enthusiastic, and always happy to help. His attention and genuine care made us feel truly valued and enhanced our overall experience. Congratulations to Mr. Dhruv for his outstanding customer service. We look forward to returning in the future. Alex Walo and Maria Machado
Our recent stay at the London Marriott Hotel Regents Park was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the staff. Every team member we encountered was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The hotel itself provided a comfortable, clean, and relaxing environment, making it an ideal base for exploring London. The location was also spot on—situated in a peaceful neighbourhood away from the main road noise, yet close enough to central London that getting to major sights and transport links was effortless. Between the quiet surroundings, top-notch hospitality, and comfortable accommodations, it made for a seamless and memorable experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!
My second stay here for a conference. Staff is great. Rooms are large and very quiet. I had a room on a low floor with a balcony that faced the street. I expected this to have quite a bit of street noise and was pleasantly surprised to see that there were sets of sliding glass out to the balcony. Absolutely no street noise at all. The location puts you a quick walk to Swiss Cottage tube station. Primrose Hill is a 10 minute walk and we'll worth doing. It is a quiet residential neighborhood that felt very safe.
It’s a nice hotel. It’s close to the tube station and located in a safe neighbourhood. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. I really liked the M Club because I could go there and chill at any time of the day or night. They served food once a day, and it was quite varied. They also had a selection of cheeses, which I really enjoyed since I’m a big cheese lover. The staff member, Noura, was very attentive during meal time. We arrived a bit late for the food, but she still made sure we had everything we needed before it was cleared away. I would definitely recommend this hotel
