My wife and I booked the Leonardo Royal London St. Paul's for a post-cruise visit to London for four nights to include the breakfast package. From the moment we arrived we were treated with professionalism, courtesy, and extreme friendliness by the front desk staff. Due to being a Leonardo member, we were upgraded to the Executive Club and granted access to the amenities of that perk. The hotel is upscale to include a bar/restaurant and a rooftop bar as well. The main atrium, serviced by glass lifts provides a spectacular view of the well-appointed public spaces. Really a unique hotel. The location was selected sight unseen after conducting research into the area, and our desire to be centrally located in the heart of London near the major attractions. We were NOT disappointed! We were within walking distance to many of the sights we wanted to see, and conveniently near the Big Bus stop at St. Paul's. Our room left little to be desired as it was spacious, clean, and very well stocked with coffees, teas, and snacks. The concierge was extremely helpful in assisting us in navigating the city and in arranging transportation to LHR at the completion of our stay after four nights. Leo's (on-site restaurant) and the breakfast buffet were remarkable in their choices and quality of food offerings. All in all, the Leonardo Royal London St. Paul's exceed our expectations for coming into the booking blind. This will certainly be a recommendation for friends, and will be our go-to upon our return to London.

The staff was delightful and always helpful. Accommodations not so great. Room size was terrific but very little closet space and no drawer space. Bed was uncomfortably hard. Corner shower was tiny. Too much space wasted on large tub that frankly was of no use to us. Toiletries scented strongly masculine. More neutral like Typology would have been preferable. Meal at Sabine's was awful, but waiter was lovely. Coffee at restaurant bar was not drinkable. Location worked for this trip since we attended a wedding in the area. Otherwise, it was too far away from Westminster, SOHO, Covent Gardens.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in London and truly enjoyed every moment of it. The hotel was lovely, comfortable and welcoming. The location was absolutely perfect, very central, making it easy to explore London and reach the main attractions and areas of the city. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. It was the perfect way to start the day. A special mention goes to the staff, who were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They were always kind and attentive and their warm attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London. I would happily stay here again!
We had an incredibly good experience at this hotel and were very pleasantly surprised. The location is perfect! quiet, safe and with several Underground stations within a very short walking distance. What stood out most was the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Honestly, some hotels in the Netherlands could learn a thing or two from them! Special thanks to Anh Amer, the supervisor, who helped and advised us extremely well, and to Harjindan in the restaurant, such a cheerful, warm and friendly lady. They really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was truly top-class and beautifully presented, and the food in the restaurant was also very good for both lunch and dinner. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was around 36°C in London during our stay and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There was some noise from garbage trucks on Knightrider Street, but you are in the middle of a major city, so that’s understandable. The beds were comfortable and overall the room was simply good. Finally, Sabine Rooftop Bar is amazing, the view over London and St Paul’s is fantastic! It is quite pricey, but definitely worth visiting for the location and atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic stay with wonderful staff, a great location and excellent food. We would definitely stay here again!
Location of the hotel was excellent and it is possible to walk to many of the main sightseeing locations. Room and bed very comfy and we liked the coffee machine in the room. Staff was pleasant and it was really helpful that we were able keep the luggage with the concierge before and after the check-in/check-out, as we were there for 2 days and wanted to make the best of our time. We also enjoyed the spa and sauna access. Highly recommended.
