We stayed here totalling 8 nights in a row, honestly this property/ our experience/ their service and conveniences are nearly perfect! One can literally feel the caring and thoughtful design in the room, during our stay Andrew especially Ollie were extremely helpful and friendly made us feeling very comfortable and feeling like we are home, appreciation also to all the staffs I didn’t get to catch their names. One thing that we concerned about is simply the area didn’t feel that safe during night time for us, that being said we didn’t see witness any incidents during our stay anyways and we felt safe under their care.

I loved the atmosphere at this hotel. Great alternative location to central hotels and having a kitchenette is very useful. Everything was great apart from the bed. The room was well appointed with dozens of plugs and usb chargers and the kitchenette facilities were top notch h including a large under counter sink and dish washer. The bathroom was small but well appointed. The only problem was the bed. Firstly, my double was two singles pushed together creating a ridge down the middle and as you sleep the mattresses moved apart. More than that though the bed was ridiculously low! Just a few centimetres off the ground. Just get a proper bed as everything else was great.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome and were always friendly, professional, and happy to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We would definitely love to come back in the future!

We stated here for one night for thw zach bryan concert at Tottenham. Even though the price had gone up because of the concert, it still was very much worth it! The locations quite central to tottenham stadium (15 minute bus) 50 minute walk. The location feels quite safe, lots of food places, super markets and amenities. The hotels entrance clean, spacious the staff are very welcoming and helpful. There's vending machines with ready meals and other useful items. We stayed on the 1st floor, the corridor is bright, open, well lit. The room has lots of lighting. Bathroom with the most amazing shower, toilet, complementary soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen has fridge with freezer box, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, safe, wardrobe, coffee maker, tea facilities, complementary tea, coffee, sugar, milks in the fridge. There's a dining table and booth type seating. The bed, OMG! It was, by far one of the most comfortable beds ive ever stayed in. It was one of the best nights sleep ive had! Would i recommend this place- absolutely 100% Front desk staff- thank you for all the travel advice it really was very helpful 😀
