I was apprehensive to stay here after all the negative reviews but with only staying one night I decided to risk it due to the price and close proximity to Royal Albert Hall. The staff are kind, the rooms a little run down but fine, and the location is fantastic. Felt super safe especially with the fob system at night. Would stay again!

We’ve been staying here for three days, and unfortunately the experience has been very disappointing. When we arrived, we specifically requested that the sofa bed be made up, as there were three of us, but this hadn’t been done. During our stay, we’ve politely asked four times to different people for the room to be cleaned, basic housekeeping you expect from any hotel, and it simply hasn’t happened. The room doesn’t feel properly clean… and to top it off and the shower head broke off during our first shower and was never properly replaced. The most disappointing part is the complete lack of hospitality and service. I don’t understand staying at a hotel when you receive essentially zero service, even after asking repeatedly. The only positive is the location. Based on our experience, I would not stay here again or recommend it.

Great hotel in a very quiet and elegant neighborhood. Convenent for tube station (Gloucester road bring a relaxing 5 min walk) and several bus stops. Next door to Kensington gardens. A praise to all staff for their courtesy, the room (single) was cozy but had everything i needed for my 2 days stay. Last but not least, breakfast was super delicious! Not your average boring hotel breakfast but a proper small cafe breakfast that was first of all a pleasure to the eyes!
