We had such a wonderful experience, and a big part of it was thanks to the amazing staff. Sahil from the concierge was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. He assisted us with everything we needed and always made sure we were well taken care of.
A special thank you as well to Annabelle, who welcomed us so warmly. She didn’t leave until she made sure we were completely comfortable and settled in. Her kindness and genuine care made us feel truly welcomed from the very beginning.

The stay at the hotel was exceptional a 10/10 experience! the rooms and location were all amazing! All the staff members were very nice and hospitable! especially Luta and Laszo, they truly made the stay memorable and magical! Would definitely stay over again!

Our whole family decided to try it, and it was a rave by all. The service was outstanding. The adults included a glass of very nice champagne with it. The homemade jams, the creams, and all the options were just extraordinary.
We were lucky enough to be treated to three of their afternoon cakes which they offer for their fine afternoon tea.
We be back of course.
Afterwards, we strolled through their private park and playground across the street.
All of the children, big and small had a fine time.
This is one of those experiences to have on your bucket list and sigh with supreme contentment after you’ve experienced. The Jumeirah hotel is renowned for this caliber of customer service for a reason. It’s well earned!
