⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A lovely stay with a great recovery from an unexpected issue ❤️ I had a really lovely stay at Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment. From the hospitality to the overall experience, I really enjoyed my time here, and as a Globalist, I especially appreciated how welcoming the team was. 🥰 There was unfortunately one disappointment when I first arrived. I found a used item beside the bed, which was quite surprising and disappointing, especially at a Hyatt property. It definitely wasn’t something I expected to find in a freshly prepared room. However, what really stood out to me was how the team responded afterwards. ❤️ I raised my concern with them, and they were very understanding and genuinely wanted to make things right. They were willing to offer bonus World of Hyatt points on top of my normal earning, which I really appreciated. But what really made my day was the beautiful Globalist amenity they surprised me with. 🎁✨ There was fresh fruit, dates, dried fruits, macarons and, most importantly, my favourite Turkish delights! 😋❤️ Honestly, that gesture completely changed my mood. I was initially disappointed that an additional night wasn’t possible, but the effort and kindness from the team made me feel genuinely appreciated as a guest. 🙏 I think things don’t always go perfectly, but what matters just as much is how a hotel responds when something does go wrong. The team listened, acknowledged my concern and did what they could to make sure I still had a positive experience. By the end of my stay, I left feeling very grateful and very happy with how everything was handled. ❤️ Thank you to the entire team at Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment, and especially Lume, Lyubo and Nitesh, for turning what started with a disappointment into such a positive experience. I really appreciated the hospitality and care shown to me, and I would definitely be happy to return! ✨🏨❤️

Exceptional service and genuine care from the team at Hyatt Regency London – Albert Embankment A special thank you to Ela at the Front Office, whose professionalism, patience, warmth, and attentiveness truly stood out. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Her personal touch and thoughtful service went far beyond what we expected and made our stay that much more special. We would also like to give a heartfelt thank you to Taher, who went above and beyond to take care of our daughter at the hotel when she wasn’t feeling well while we were away. His kindness, compassion, and genuine concern touched our hearts deeply. Knowing that she was in such caring hands gave us tremendous peace of mind. Ela and Taher are wonderful examples of what exceptional hospitality should look like. Their kindness and personal care made a lasting impression on our family. Thank you both for making our stay memorable for all the right reasons. You are truly appreciated! ❤️
Clone to Westminster Bridge. 10 mins to walk and 15 mins to walk to Vauxhall Station. Very Kind and friendly staff. Clean and comfy rooms. Very nice rooftop bar. Definitely Worth it
A 15 minute walk from the nearest tube , but there are generally cabs outside. Service is amazing and rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Probably the best showers I have ever experienced. Be warned do not pay extra for a balcony AND a view, the Balcony rooms are so low down you CANNOT see Big Ben as promised , you can see trees, a tiny bit of the river and a grotty river overflow, you will also have the noise from the party boat moored directly opposite. If you want a balcony .. fine, if you want the view book a room on the upper floors without the balcony. Breakfast is pretty ok but not great. Lunch in Potus is good but pricey. The roof top restaurant, Mezamiso, is not the romantic destination you'd expect, there are very few tables with views unless you fancy the shisha. The food is good , but the venue is confused. Weekends there is a dj which is loud and not appropriate for such a small venue so conversation is best left for later or choose a less confused place to eat. The food is ok though but really over priced - you are essentially paying for the not so good views. I expect better of Hyatt so a little dissapointed. Have downgraded my star rating because of a total lack of customer service or accountability regarding the misdescribing of rooms. Will end up being a credit card charge back , which I was trying to avoid
We stayed here over the Christmas holiday season. The staff were super friendly! They literally treated us like family. Our room was spacious for a European hotel. We had the same amenities as home including a Toto washlet and in- ceiling rain shower! Breakfast was included and it sure was a breakfast! Huge selection of hot and cold foods. The location was excellent as it was close to the tube and British Rail lines at Vauxhall. Truly a great experience! Special mention to some great staff: Ramona,Jenny,Gabriel,Shanti! They were outstanding!! There were others whose names escape me.
