Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill

Service was top notch! I’m a globalist, so enjoyed the extra amenities offered. The staff were extremely polite and gracious. The only issue was a saggy bed and after asking for a room change, they promptly assisted. Definitely will be back. Thank you Hyatt- The Churchill for a wonderful stay!

Very expensive and rather underwhelming. The room itself was good, but the bathroom was surprisingly tiny, even though it had been renovated. The biggest disappointment was the price. For what the hotel charges, you would expect a much better overall experience. Unfortunately, it simply doesn’t offer good value for money. On the positive side, the location is excellent, very close to Oxford Street and Hyde Park, making it convenient for exploring London. Overall, a decent hotel in a fantastic location, but far too expensive for what you actually get. I left feeling rather underwhelmed.

A truly wonderful hotel; I have stayed there about four times. The reception is excellent, and there is a friendly, wonderful Arab gentleman with a beard who opens the hotel door for guests. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to the fantastic staff member, Mr. Tomas Vieitos (Guest Relations Manager), for the special and professional care he showed the guests.

Exceptional service when we needed it the most! We arrived at the hotel after midnight, completely exhausted after a stressful travel night. From the moment we walked in, Rosalia went completely out of her way to look after us. She was incredibly kind, patient and accommodating. She took the opportunity to transform our evening to a very positive and pleasant experience at the Hyatt Regency London- The Churchill. We are so grateful for her wonderful hospitality. Also, Shoaib was great and so helpful. All the staff have been wonderful in ensuring that we have the best stay! We had the best experience!
