Hyatt House London Stratford

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. The rooms are immaculate, comfortable and have everything you could think of. From check in to check out, every member of staff we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We were sad to check out and will make a point of staying again. We went to ABBA voyage and this location was perfect. Very impressed!!

My stay at Hyatt House Stratford London was average overall. While the hotel had some positive aspects, the service and condition of the laundry facilities were disappointing. The staff were generally quite dry in their interactions and sometimes came across as rude. When I reported that the dryers were broken, the response was not very accommodating initially, and I had to raise the issue several times before it was addressed. Unfortunately, all four dryers were broken during my stay, which is a significant inconvenience for guests who rely on the hotel’s laundry facilities, particularly during longer stays. Although the washing machines were initially working reasonably well, much of the laundry equipment became unusable during my visit. Management needs to address these issues promptly rather than waiting for more equipment to fail. I also had an uncomfortable interaction with a concierge at the front desk who threatened to charge me a fee because he appeared to believe I was staying at the Hyatt Regency instead. He only clarified whether I was staying at Hyatt House after raising the issue. Once I confirmed the correct hotel and explained that everything was covered, the misunderstanding was resolved. However, the situation could have been handled more professionally by asking for clarification before suggesting an additional charge. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the service could be warmer and more accommodating, and the laundry facilities need urgent attention. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements for future guests.

My husband and I recently stayed here for the very first time. We are American. We felt right at home here! The food was delicious. Our room was incredible. It was so convenient to have the mall and The Tube station within about 5 minutes walking distance. We have to give a very special shoutout of acknowledgement to the night manager, Neven. I hope I am spelling your name correctly! He and the rest of the nighttime staff there so graciously let us stay for 2 more nights at the drop of a hat after our flight was canceled. Our flight was one of many in the U.K. that was canceled this past Tuesday, on the 8th of September 2026. We returned to this hotel very late at night after checking out that morning. We had just stayed there for 5 nights. We had nowhere else to go, as all of the other hotels were completely booked. We had no friends or family in London. Our only other option would have been to sleep in the airport, but there were already a lot of other people doing that. Neven and his staff gave us water, orange juice, and snacks at about 1:30 AM to eat in the lobby while they found us another room to sleep in. They were so kind and patient. They helped me feel calm again because I was so stressed out about our flight getting canceled, and the whole situation. We highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the London area. The laundry was also a nice perk, especially since we had come from Paris. Thanks a million to all of you! We are eternally grateful! Sarah and Evan De Smitt

Just had a 5 night stay at the Hyatt House in Stratford and it was absolutely superb 👌. It is well-located right in the centre, and the rooms and facilities are really great. I had a lovely room on the 9th floor, which was quiet and modern, and had everything you could possibly need, including a dishwasher and microwave: The breakfast is excellent with a great selection of quality offerings, and served in a lovely setting, and you can also eat outside on the garden patio. However the best thing about this hotel is the staff, it feels wrong to pick out individuals because everyone is great, but I have to say that Monica the front desk manager, and Halina in the breakfast restaurant, really went above and beyond, and always had a friendly welcoming smile to start my day off . Highly recommended 👌
