Immensely disappointing. Having experienced other Nobu properties, I expected far more, particularly at this price point. The room was tiny, the bathroom comically small, the shower flooded the room, and the overall design felt more like a renovated dormitory than a luxury hotel. Breakfast was mediocre, and the service was remarkably poor, with staff appearing inadequately trained (something one waiter even admitted to us). Nothing about the experience justified the premium price or lived up to the Nobu reputation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Nobu for 11 nights and had a wonderful experience throughout. The rooms were extremely comfortable, the service was excellent, and the staff were always warm, kind and attentive. The location is fantastic, with Selfridges just a five-minute walk away. Breakfast was a particular highlight of our stay. A very special thank you to Anu and Dipesh, who took such wonderful care of us every morning and always made us feel so welcome. Even at checkout, the service was excellent. Mahmoud was extremely helpful and took the time to ensure that everything on our bill was in order, making our departure smooth and easy. After 11 nights, it truly felt like a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!
I was really impressed with our stay at Nobu Hotel London. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and had everything we needed. Every member of staff we dealt with was friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. The location is outstanding. Having previously lived in London, I’d say it’s arguably one of the best locations for visitors. You’re within easy walking distance of Hyde Park, Selfridges, and countless great restaurants, cafés and shops, while still being in a quieter part of London. The gym was another highlight—it’s spacious, well equipped and far better than what you typically find in a hotel. A special mention also goes to the doormen, who were consistently friendly, professional and happy to help with anything we needed. They really made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I’d happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
The idea of a Japanese minimalist hotel is wonderful. The room setup was to that theme. The problem is Nobu is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. Room 253's shower is finished in such a way that the bathroom floor floods when you shower. The menu is set but they refused to serve us what we requested and were out of other items. There is no time limit set on the menu. The redemption is the bed and pillows are wonderful. The gentleman that checked us out was absolutely oblivious to my frustrations. Not a Boo or concession offer of any sort. Pick another 5 star to stay at if you want a hotel that cares if your stay has issues. You're paying for pampering; find a place that will deliver. Not up to the level of any of the other 5 Star hotels we've stayed at. The others are completely concerned with service and comfort.
Our afternoon at Nobu Hotel London was a truly unique experience. The Japanese inspired Afternoon Tea was beautifully presented, with a perfect balance of delicate savoury bites, elegant desserts, and premium teas. Every detail reflected the quality and creativity that Nobu is known for. One of the highlights of the day was taking part in the Matcha Masterclass. Learning about the history of matcha, watching the traditional preparation, and making our own bowl made the experience even more special. It added a wonderful interactive touch that made the afternoon feel memorable rather than just another afternoon tea. Combined with the hotel’s elegant atmosphere and exceptional hospitality, it was an experience I would highly recommend to anyone looking for something different in London. I can’t wait to return.
