Impeccable service and facilities. The staff make everyone feel at ease and pampered. The level of hospitality and professionalism is second to none and I have stayed at many five star hotels in London. It has a comforting, tranquil atmosphere. Lucy was very sweet and attentive throughout our stay. Nothing was too much! After checkout, the staff were still more than happy to continue serving me drinks and snacks whilst I waited for updates on my flight. The food is also amazing and always arrived promptly and elegantly presented. I loved the baked cheesecake and the scones that were in the executive lounge.

Hotel 41 has the best service of any hotel we’ve ever stayed at by a wide margin. From the time you check in until the time you leave, you feel completely pampered. The Executive Lounge allows you to “plunder the pantry”, which we did frequently. The nightly turn down service was absolutely incredible with the staff always leaving us a nice surprise. The location also can’t be beat, directly across the street from Buckingham Palace and a short walk from Victoria Station. It was a truly remarkable stay; one that we won’t soon forget.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it easy to relax after a busy day in London. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of high-quality options and outstanding service.
A special mention goes to Pedro at reception, who was absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. Friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile, he truly made a difference and contributed to a memorable experience.
The location is another major advantage, perfectly situated for exploring many of London’s main attractions while still offering a calm and elegant atmosphere.

What an absolutely lovely gem to stay for a visit right by Buckingham Palace. When you enter the building, you are welcomed by the doorman and concierge. The building is elegant and decorated in a Victorian style. Once you are confirmed as a guest, you are escorted to a welcoming lounge, where you receive a complementary champagne flute and appetizers. When your room is available, you are shown to your chambers. The rooms are luxurious and elegant with comfortable beds. Food options included a dining room or room service. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. I will always have fond and warm memories of staying in this lovely Hotel. Thank you for such a memorable experience.
What an incredible stay at Hotel 41. Originally planned as a solo trip, but my mom joined last minute and we had the best time together.
The staff were outstanding across the board. Friendly, attentive and genuinely welcoming. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained. Loved the turn down service each evening and the little touches like the daily quote left on the bed. The complimentary snack bar was a lovely bonus and ending each day with ice cream became a highlight.
Location is perfect for exploring the city on foot. All the major attractions are within easy walking distance.
We loved it so much that my parents have already booked their own trip for next month. Cannot wait to return myself. Hands down the best boutique hotel I have stayed at.
