Holiday Inn London - Regent's Park By Ihg

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Regents Park at the end of August. The room was lovely and clean and very comfortable. Despite being in central London the hotel was lovely and quiet and well insulated against noise. It was brilliantly peaceful at night. I slept so well. The staff could not do enough to help you and were just wonderful throughout our stay. The breakfast was brilliant and there was so much selection and choice available every day!

Just home from a two night stay and location wise this hotel is fantastic. Very well connected transport wise. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags which was great. Got an early check in which was great, think the receptionist was Australian, didn't get his name but he was most helpful. Bedroom was lovely and great size for London. Had a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities as well as a safe. Water both still and sparkling in the fridge and replaced the second day. Nice touch. Bed very comfy. Bathroom small but very clean. Extra towels would be appreciated. Breakfast very good. Had tasty light bites in restaurant on second night served by the very attentive Moulidhar. Good selection of non alcoholic drinks available. All staff very friendly and helpful with the exception of one of the female receptionists who was somewhat unfriendly when we arrived and again when we were leaving. Other than that though I would highly recommend this hotel as a fantastic place to stay and would definitely stay again when in London.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Regent’s Park and were truly impressed by the exceptional service throughout our visit. The hotel is clean, comfortable, family-friendly, and feels very safe and secure. Its location is excellent, with many restaurants and cafés nearby, and it is also conveniently located close to Harley Street and the surrounding medical area. My husband was visiting London for a short trip to see my mother, who was in hospital, and the team showed genuine kindness, understanding, and flexibility regarding our circumstances. Their thoughtful approach made a meaningful difference to us and was greatly appreciated. A special thank you to 🌟Milind and Dhruva🌟, who were both exceptional. Their professionalism, kindness, warm manner, and excellent customer service truly stood out. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well looked after. The service was excellent across the hotel, from the reception team to the restaurant staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Regent’s Park for its excellent location, cleanliness, welcoming atmosphere, and outstanding hospitality. We would be very happy to stay here again.

I find this hotel to be fairly priced and perfectly adequate budget option for a 1-2 night stay in London. It’s situated in a safe and quiet location walkable to many public transportation options. It’s clean, safe, and the staff members are helpful. The building itself is a bit old with low ceiling and poor noise insulation (not uncommon in London). The mattresses aren’t great. The rooms (and bathroom) are Tokyo-tiny. But at this price point, it’s acceptable.
