Had a great stay at Hilton London Bridge in September. A great welcome from all the front desk staff especially Bhaumik who checked us into a room with a great view looking over the Shard. This made a trip to celebrate my wife’s birthday even more special. It’s a well located hotel with a great restaurant and bar. The staff make this my favourite hotel in London, where I stay during every trip.
I had an amazing stay at the Hilton London Tower Bridge and I was very happy with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome, friendly staff, and excellent level of service. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and very clean, providing the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring London. The location is absolutely fantastic, with Tower Bridge and many of London’s most famous attractions within easy reach. What truly made the stay special was the professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality of the employees. Every detail was taken care of, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my visit.
We had such a lovely weekend stay at Hilton London Tower Bridge. The hotel itself was great, with a spacious room, a really comfortable bed, and a very convenient location, but what really stood out to us was the team. My partner is a Hilton Honors member, so we’re familiar with the brand, but we were genuinely impressed by how the team went above and beyond to make our weekend special. A special shoutout to Gabi, Olha and Sean, who were absolutely fantastic from the moment we arrived. They were so warm, welcoming, amazingly helpful, and genuinely lovely to chat with. They knew we were celebrating my partner’s birthday and added some really thoughtful touches that made the occasion even more special. Another shoutout to SriJana for the lovely cake surprise in the room! From check-in to check-out, we felt really well looked after. It was also so nice to be greeted warmly whenever we saw them around the hotel. Those little touches really do make a difference.

He provided exceptional service from the moment we checked in until the day we checked out. We stayed at your hotel for four nights during our first visit to London with our friends. At check-in, we asked Bhaumik if he could recommend some of the best places to visit in the city. He went above and beyond our expectations—not only did he recommend the main attractions, but he also provided a list of activities we can do during our visit with helpful tips and suggested timings to make the most of our visit. One of the highlights of our trip was witnessing the iconic Tower Bridge opening. Thanks to Bhaumik's excellent advice and careful planning, we arrived at exactly the right time and were able to experience this incredible sight live. It wasn't even on our original bucket list, but he recommended it, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable moments of our entire holiday. Without his guidance, we would have completely missed this unique experience. His local knowledge, professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine willingness to help made a significant difference to our stay. He didn't just provide information—he helped to create unforgettable memories for us. We truly appreciate the outstanding hospitality shown by Bhaumik. Our stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable from beginning to end. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to our friends and family, and we look forward to staying here again on our next visit to London. We stayed at the Hilton London Tower Bridge for the start of our 12-day European family adventure. It was by far the best property we stayed at (both in London and in Amsterdam) during our trip. The property is beautifully kept and the staff are incredibly caring. We'd taken a transatlantic flight from Orlando to London and arrived to the hotel around 6-7 a.m. Despite having arrived several hours in advance of our afternoon check-in, the staff managed to get one of our two adjoining rooms ready for us within an hour (the second being available after 3 p.m.). Being absolutely exhausted after nearly 9 hours of travel, we couldn't have been more grateful to get in and take a nap before exploring the city. The staff were well within their rights to charge us a fee to get into our room so much earlier but as a Hilton Honors Silver member, they accommodated us without question. Every time we left or entered the hotel, we were greeted. The housekeeping staff did a phenomenal job with their duties. It's situated within walking distance to several key areas of interest, making it an appealing location. The adjoining rooms were great for us traveling as a family of three with our son. He loved having his own space to play and hang out after a day of sightseeing. I can't wait to come back to London and stay here again!
