Hilton London Olympia

What a brilliant few days we had! The room was not the best we have ever had but it was a dog friendly room so fully understand. That said can't fault the rest of the Hotel. The staff were absolutely brilliant, particularly the breakfast shift. So happy and friendly especially Samir gave us a great start to each day. The buffet breakfast was exceptional too! Thank you very much, thoroughly recommend this hotel. Great jumping off point to visit London Central.

As mentioned by others the hotel is dated, but the room is spacious enough and the beds are comfortable. They need to renovate the lighting, plug points and rooms. Staff are generally friendly and location is close to the museum row, but what brings it down is cleanliness. There was hair in the bath and on the bathroom wall next to the towels. There was also hair in the fruit salad - the waitress was very apologetic but it was too late as we had already finished eating.

The staff at this hotel are extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. A heartfelt gratitude to Vincenzio and Alex for making our stay comfortable and memorable. The hotel is well located and room was very clean. The staff at the Society restaurant were friendly and special thanks to Alicia. Overall great hospitality! Highly recommended this property! Our choice of stay in London!

My family and I stayed in this hotel for one week and enjoyed our stay. As others have mentioned, the rooms are certainly older and you can see that. However, the staff was fantastic. We were celebrating my nephew's graduation and they went above and beyond to help make that special. Also, it's a great location because there are bus stops and a tube station extremely close. We really enjoyed our stay here and I would recommend it.
