Hatton Garden Hotel

0 stars if possible. Trip hazards all over the lobby floor and 0 proper safety precautions. My father nearly tripped over a metal beam that was simply lying across the floor. We have photos of this. The hotel also won't store your luggage for more than a day. Again, that's their policy, but the way this was dealt with at reception was awful. The supervisor was rude, dismissive and completely unhelpful towards my elderly parents. After seeing the condition of the hotel and experiencing the attitude of the staff, we asked to cancel our stay there and then, 3 days before we were due to stay. We were met with absolutely no understanding or attempt to help, and were told we would receive £0 back. What really stands out is the complete lack of customer care. We raised genuine concerns about the property and simply got an attitude from the person responsible for dealing with us. Terrible service, terrible customer care and an absolutely forgettable experience. I would avoid this place.

Very good location, staff is very helpful and friendly. Hotel is also clean and has spacious rooms for London standards. Always fresh cookies and water in the room. It’s only the WiFi that needs to improve big time. I’ll be back nonetheless.

My stay at Hatton's Garden Hotel was great. The room was spacious and they provided a cot for my baby. The Staff were warm and helpful. The location was also a major reason for the reservation. I will wholeheartedly recommend.

Do not stay here as a solo female traveller. Booked through work not realising the ‘categorisation’ of rooms here. LG1 is the ONLY room on the lower ground floor between a ‘conference room’ and what appears to be a cleaning room. I felt incredibly unsafe and the one member of staff was clattering past my room cleaning the conference room which I noted had a lot of red wine stains on the floor and sofas. I couldn’t be moved to a room on an upper floor as they were full (fair enough) but I felt so unsafe I booked a different hotel within the hour.
