A wonderful experience! The location near Tower Bridge is exceptional, with stunning views of London. The hotel is lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff are welcoming, professional and always available to help. A special mention for the spa, which is simply exceptional! A truly relaxing experience in a beautiful setting, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring London. The breakfast offers a great variety and is of very high quality. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, comfort and, above all, its amazing spa. Definitely an experience I would love to repeat!

It’s a lovely hotel in a fabulous building, but just not quite to the standard of other Four Seasons and comparable hotels. Breakfast is a limited à la carte menu and while good, not outstanding. The same should be said for the service. Rooms are well maintained and very nice, but we did have loud noises in the night that kept us awake and only limited attention was paid to this at check-out. I will be back at the Four Seasons again, but unfortunately not this one
The most incredible four seasons, let alone hotel in general! The manager, Poorna, made my husband and I feel so welcomed and cared for. Every staff member remembered little details and made every experience phenomenal. The city was a lovely time but our highlight was staying here. We can’t wait to come back next year. Thank you so much Poorna!
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the hotel on our recent trip with our young boys. One of the top residences we have ever stayed in, and the staff made our boys feel incredibly special with some London and Harry Potter themed surprises in our residence. Our children greatly enjoyed the pool and spa offerings and the dining options each day. They looked forward to seeing the concierge's and staff at each opportunity. This was their first visit to London and we will be returning to the this hotel in the future. Thank you for providing a wonderful international experience for our boys!
For anyone looking for an outstanding afternoon tea in central London, the Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge should be high on your list. From the moment you arrive, the friendly door staff set a warm and welcoming tone. Our host, Keiran, was excellent — friendly, attentive, and happy to talk us through the menu and how the afternoon tea would be served. He also handled a food allergy in our group with no fuss at all, which was greatly appreciated. The tea selection is impressive and comprehensive. We were especially pleased to learn that many teas can be served chilled over ice — a perfect option on a very hot day. The savoury course was superb. The standout was the white crab with potato terrine, but every item was beautifully prepared with clear attention to quality and detail. The sweet selection was equally strong. The scones with jam and clotted cream were excellent, but the Matcha Tiramisu (with fresh fruit filling and beautiful presentation) was a real highlight. The collaboration with Lily Vanilli clearly elevates this afternoon tea from good to exceptional. Overall, this is one of the best-value luxury afternoon teas in London when you consider the quality of the food, the excellent service, and the stunning setting. Being right next to Tower Bridge and the Tower of London is an added bonus. Don’t hesitate — book it. You won’t regret it!
