Doubletree By Hilton London Angel Kings Cross

I had a very good stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton London Angel Kings Cross. The rooms were comfortable and the location works well for getting around the city. The executive lounge was the highlight, and that is largely down to Mimi. Mimi's service has been consistently excellent. She is warm, attentive and remembers the small details without needing to be asked, which makes the lounge feel welcoming rather than transactional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made every visit a pleasure. Staff like Mimi are the reason guests come back. I would happily stay again and recommend the hotel to others.

Location was convenient and the rooms were lovely. The stand out has been the service, the team have been amazing. Asad was so welcoming and helpful during check in. The ladies behind the bar, Mimi & Dix, gave exceptional service and were great to speak to while sat at the bar. The food is sub par, for such a nice dining setting the food is not up to expectations at all. I’d recommend eating somewhere else. Overall good location, clean rooms, but I’d definitely be back just to visit for the service received by the staff!

First visit and I found everything to be clean and modern. I arrived early and was able to use the lounge while I waited. However the lounge was not very well stocked and I need to ask for basics like sugar and cups. Very limited soft drinks were available and the snacks throughout the day was also very limited. Staff were very good and always had a great smile. Most notable was Mimi who was always available to help sort any issue.

Excellent Stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton London Angel Kings Cross! We’ve had a wonderful experience staying here! The hotel is clean, the beds are very comfortable, and everything has made our stay enjoyable. The food at breakfast has been excellent, with a great selection and quality that really stands out. What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone has been wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Their willingness to go above and beyond has made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Overall, this has been a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London. We would happily stay here again! Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable.
