Doubletree By Hilton Hotel London - West End

We had a great stay here. Everything was clean and easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for touring around London, and the morning we arrived they held our bags until we were able to check in.

The location of this hotel cannot be beat. You are steps away from all the action. Just minutes from the theater district and restaurants, bars, and pubs in Soho. It was a short and safe walk to all of these places. The British Museum is also nearby. Bus service runs regularly and it is easy to visit all the tourist locations from this spot. Staff was friendly. The rooms were well equipped but small. The lobby bar and restaurant is a relaxing environment.

The service is pathetic. Day 1 got my room cleaned and realised I can keep my room in a better shape. Location wise the proximity is a plus. Centrally located near to all modes of transport. Rooms are pretty small compared to other similar hotels. This is the largest room they have. The window panes were not clean, the carpet and bedsheets had stains and what not. Breakfast was kinda okay.... Same menu on all 7 days so nothing much to talk about.

Exceeded my expectations! This hotel was comfortable, easy to find, and conveniently located, making it easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Shahid and Maclin. They really made our stay that much better. The hotel was also super clean, and everything was well-stocked whenever we returned to our room. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!
