Overall, we had a very good stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing—definitely one of the highlights. The only real downsides were that one of the elevators was out of service and getting from the parking garage to the hotel involved quite a few stairs, which was a little inconvenient. Otherwise, great staff, great breakfast, and a very enjoyable stay.
Our room is spacious, the staff at front desk is helpful, but the room is not cleaned properly. Beds are made yet still have hairs on the bathroom floor and soiled tissues are at the same place as we left the room in the morning. The a/c is noisy as mentioned in the other reviews
The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms very clean near to shops if you need to pop to grab anything. Parking available onsite. Would definitely stay here again
Rooms are of very decent quality. Lighting, iron, smart TV, working desk, electric outlets with USB and type C connection. 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor bizarrely all have a step to navigate after the lift exit! When we were there, the gym had a musty smell to it. Great choice and quality of breakfast menu. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. On site parking. £9 per day.
It was the help of the staff that actually allowed us to manage the hotel for the length of our stay. We had soo many issues starting with the systems being down for couple days at the begining of our stay, the A/C system shutting down during the hottest days of the summer; thankfully when we asked for ice, they were friendly about giving it each time and we were also given fans. We had multiple issues in our bathroom that could not be fixed unless moved to another room. The gym needs a major upgrade. Positives were the preassure from the shower was nice and strong, the room was overall clean, breakfast was good. Staff really tried their best to makeup for the inconveniences.
