Crowne Plaza London Ealing By Ihg

just now New I really enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza. The staff were outstanding: friendly, welcoming and always helpful. From The breakfast and the bar My room was beautiful, comfortable and very clean, and the overall service was excellent. Since I check in not during my staying There was one small issue: my room was missed for cleaning even after I mentioned it to the reception team. Apart from that, everything was great, and it didn't take away from my overall experience. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting. Thank you to the whole team!

The service was amazing. When we walked in, they greeted us with a smile. The staff went above and beyond to give us first class exprience. The staff are first class in all departments, whether at reception, breakfast, the bar or keeping the room clean and tidy. The restaurant is amazing, with excellent food choices and is constantly replenished so it's always fresh. Also, the staff are always willing to answer and help you with your requests whenever u need. Food was amazing!

The entire team was absolutely fantastic — friendly, professional, attentive, and always happy to help. Their genuine hospitality really made me feel comfortable and valued throughout my stay. The hotel has a wonderful calm and peaceful atmosphere, which made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location is also excellent, making it convenient for getting around and exploring the area. I was also very impressed with the food choices. There was a great variety of options, and everything I tried was delicious and beautifully presented. The quality and choice really added to the overall experience. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A huge thank you to the whole team for their amazing service, friendliness, and warm welcome. I would definitely recommend the Crowne Plaza London Ealing and look forward to returning in the future!

The food was amazing and the hospitality from the restaurant was brilliant, especially from harsh! A small man with a huge personality!! His smile is infectious and his humour is amazing. I enjoyed speaking with harsh more than the food! I stayed here for 2nights and i am leaving here speaking fluent hindi. Give this man a payrise or a bonus he is an asset to your establishment. Also thankyou to Yash the tall handsome hunk and Mani with his beautiful flowing hair.
