We stayed here last year and had an amazing stay so this time i booked for 3 nights which was not cheap, but i was so disappointed with our stay this time the room was so tired really needs an update, house keeping was shocking only got 2 body towels so no head towel and one day only was giving one towel we had to ring for more. The amenities wore never replenished like cotton pads ect after first use . The tv barley worked the remote was very temperamental and slow to use.. If it was a 3 star maybe 4 i would understand but claiming to be a 5 star. The pool is tiny and cold and also dirty. So disappointed as planned to come back in February as the location is amazing but lacks all round. Staff wore nice.
I had an exceptional experience at The Courthouse Hotel in London, and a special thank you goes to Ramadan for his outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making my experience enjoyable.
What stood out most was Ramadan’s willingness to go above and beyond. He kindly offered to make me any coffee beverage I wanted, and the iced latte he prepared was absolutely incredible—easily one of the best I’ve had. His attention to detail, hospitality, and willingness to accommodate my request truly made a lasting impression.
Ramadan is a wonderful representation of the level of service a hotel should strive for. His professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for guests deserve recognition. I would gladly return to The Courthouse Hotel, and I hope Ramadan knows how much his exceptional service is appreciated!
If I could give service a 6 star I would! Every person who works here is so polite and happy to help, but they still keep it perfectly relaxed. The amazing Ramadan was so helpful and genuinely kind at breakfast, nothing was too much trouble and he somehow knew what I needed before I even asked! He was an absolute joy and exactly the energy everyone needs to start a busy day!
We had a wonderful afternoon tea experience at The Courthouse Hotel. Bahawna was such a lovely and attentive waitress and gave us truly five-star service from start to finish. She was warm, professional and made us feel very well looked after.
The afternoon tea itself was beautifully presented, with delicious food and a lovely selection of teas. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, and the whole experience felt like a real treat.

Arrived at the courthouse hotel 25/07 to find out there was no reservation. We had bought a voucher on Wowcher (never again). The duty manager was fantastic, offered advice and guidance and sorted us a room at a good rate. We were so grateful. Excellent customer service, fab hotel in a great location. We will definitely be back.
