Great location and the rooms were good considering it’s a very old hotel and dated but overall very clean and perfectly comfortable. The check in was great Abdul was super helpful and the check in was really easy. The housekeeping team were excellent I needed a steam iron the flat iron in the room was not good enough for the ironing I needed to do. They delivered a brand new iron boxes for me to use and it was perfect. The attention to detail and to satisfy a customer was amazing. Thank you team. I will definitely come back and say again I am a mymillenium member and usuallly stay in Gloucester Road but this was a great experience in the Copthorne. 👏

I’ve been here many times and I always appreciate the fresh flowers arrangement at the lobby. It’s new everyday, feels so welcoming. My room this time was prepared by Ostonaeva it was clean and nicely done. Staff at the reception and luggage storage is helpful as always. Very spacious room compared to the others nearby. Value for money.
I had a wonderful experience staying at the Copthorne Tara Hotel and I would especially like to recognise Kristia for her exceptional service. She was extremely accommodating, polite, patient, and genuinely attentive throughout my stay. Her friendly attitude and willingness to assist made my experience even more pleasant. It’s always refreshing to meet someone who goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and welcomed. Thank you, Kristia, for your kindness and excellent hospitality. You are a true asset to the hotel, and your efforts are greatly appreciated.
Really decent place to stay in a good location. It’s an old building with old fixtures but has been decently looked after. Not sure why husband paid but don’t think it was cheap. We had a family room on the 12th floor with a really amazing view of London—kids got a pullout bed in a separate room with a door between us. The layout for us was great! Location was near Design Museum and Japan House with lots of shopping on Kensington High Street. Great food places and cocktail bars near also.
Feels very much like stepping back in time which I really loved. Very old world grandeur vibes in the reception and dining area. The rooms (bathroom in particular) are a bit dated but completely functional, kept me cool during the heat wave. It seems to be a favourite of your groups though so he prepared for the wait time at breakfast if you time it wrong. I'd happily stay again. The location is great, really close to the tube and small walk from the main shops and restaurants.
