I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are clean, larger than average, and feature modern tech like touch-screen controls. Bathrooms come with a bidet or bidet seat, and the area feels very quiet and safe. Pricing is fair and inline with nearby options. A special thanks to Ali at the front desk for helping me with my booking! My only complaint is that some rooms and suites have small windows with no view.
Some issue with the hotel reservation system during the booking process but was resolved by the excellent reservation team. This was followed by an issue with the room that was identified by maintenance while we were out for dinner. Again, was efficiently resolved by moving us to another room. Overall, excellent service throughout our stay from the concierge, front of house through to the waiting staff at breakfast. Quiet little hotel in great location. We will be back
This was our second stay at this hotel, and we truly loved it once again,One of the main reasons is the location — it is situated on a quiet street right next to Hyde Park, surrounded by embassies, which made us feel very safe throughout our stay. There are also many excellent restaurants nearby, while the hotel’s own breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner were all absolutely delicious. What made this experience especially memorable was the kindness and patience of the hotel staff. During the entire week we stayed here, every staff member went out of their way to help us in so many thoughtful ways. They also prepared wonderful surprises for our child every day — different themed artworks in the room, along with small gifts that brought so much joy. Thanks to all these beautiful moments, our child now has such a warm and happy impression of London. A very special thank you to Ms. Pam for her care and kindness, and thank you to the entire team as well. We truly hope to see you again in the future.
Our stay at COMO was exceptional, and we would highly recommend it. The service was truly outstanding, every member of the staff was attentive, thoughtful, and especially kind to our children. They consistently went above and beyond, making this the best service we have ever experienced. The rooms were beautifully appointed and spacious, and the location could not have been better. Access to the private park across the street, complete with a wonderful playground, was a particularly special touch. Breakfast was delicious and of the highest quality. We look forward to returning on our next visit to London.
We had a truly wonderful stay at COMO The Halkin. The hotel is located on a very quiet street, which made it incredibly peaceful. We couldn’t hear any noise from nearby restaurants at all. At the same time, it’s very conveniently located, with plenty of great restaurants and cafés just a short walk away. The bedding was extremely comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches for our 5-year-old daughter. The hotel prepared a small bed, kids’ toiletries, and even a teddy bear for her. She absolutely loved it. The bathroom was also excellent, with great water pressure and perfectly controlled temperature. Breakfast was of a very high standard as well. A special thank you to Pammy, who took such great care of us. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We hope to see her again on our next visit. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back!
