We had an exceptional stay! This was the last leg of our journey and was intended for relaxation- COMO delivered! The staff make this place what it is. Ali, the bellhop and Sharmaine at the front desk were both particularly helpful. The restaurant staff at breakfast were very accommodating. No request was too much for them! This was an anniversary and birthday trip for us and the staff were sure to recognize our special occasions and brought a cake to our room to celebrate. Thank you to everyone for making the final days of our trip so enjoyable.

We stayed here a few nights for a wedding so it was a quick trip, but we were both extremely happy with the hotel overall and the service was extremely wonderful. Everyone was very attentive. The rooms were extremely clean. We would definitely come back here The rooms are very plain, but the bed is comfortable. The room is large and spacious. It had everything we needed, and the cleanliness overall was amazing. We were only able to enjoy two mornings of breakfast, but it was delicious and the service there was also incredible

From the outside staff to the front desk, room service, breakfast team, and everyone in between — the service was truly 10/10. Everyone was sweet, helpful, and always ready to solve any problem with a smile.

The location is perfect and very central. Easy bus access to Harrods, Bond Street, and other parts of London, and many places are also within walking distance.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious, modern, and very clean rooms. One thing we really appreciated was that the bathroom had an automatic Muslim shower/shattaf, which is very convenient.
What really makes this hotel special is the staff and hospitality. Highly recommended.
