Great location, spacious rooms (7th floor). Salman was very thoughtful and helpful, we truly appreciate his assistance upon our arrival! Not only he checked us in early but also did an upgrade of ours rooms.

Very nice room. When we stay in London we will com here again. The room was not big but had the necessary amenities- A/C, cleanliness, and good service. Laundry facilities there too. This place is close to the cathedral and relatively close to public transit. Restaurant downstairs. Great job.
The hotel was not bad, and the room was clean. However, I believe the customer service could have been much friendlier. After we checked out, we left our luggage by the entrance while waiting for our Uber, which is a common and normal thing to do. One of the reception staff then came to us and asked when we were going to move our luggage from the entrance, which made us feel unwelcome. When our Uber arrived, we asked the reception if someone could help us carry the luggage outside. The receptionist immediately replied that all the staff were busy without even trying to contact anyone. To be fair, she eventually came and helped us herself, and I appreciate that. However, the issue was not the help itself, but the way the situation was handled. A little more courtesy and willingness to assist would have made a much better impression. Overall, the hotel was clean and acceptable, but the customer service needs improvement
Perfect place to stay for our weekend. Room was clean, shower room fine and tea coffee facilities. We found it very handy as we wanted links to Covent Garden and theatre, so Perfect. Also, the underground station is just across from it linking us to Euston. Definitely stay again.
I’ve stayed at Club Quarters St Paul’s twice before and previously left an excellent review, which makes this experience particularly disappointing to write because I’ve genuinely enjoyed staying here in the past. Ahead of arrival, I requested an early check-in, and while the team did accommodate this, the only room initially available was an accessible/wheelchair-friendly room. I did feel uncomfortable taking this room, however I was reassured that alternatives would be available should a guest requiring accessibility need it. Unfortunately, the room itself was not up to the standard I had experienced previously. There was a very unpleasant sewage smell that persisted throughout the stay, and the hotel generally felt much more musty than I remember from previous visits. The room also had visible stains on the carpet, which impacted the overall impression of cleanliness. Service at the front desk was mixed. Some staff members were genuinely warm, friendly, and helpful, while others felt disengaged, and at times there was a lack of friendly acknowledgement. One of several issues came on the third morning when the toilet completely flooded the bathroom, which was extremely unpleasant. To the hotel’s credit, this was resolved on the same day, although the toilet continued making loud rumbling noises for the remainder of my stay. Upon checkout, I shared that this had not been my best stay compared to previous visits. The team was kind and very generously offered a complimentary night, which I genuinely appreciated. However, I was slightly surprised that no one asked in detail what had gone wrong or what the specific issues were, as I hope these are things that can be resolved. This hotel has always felt like a bit of a hidden gem because of its fantastic location near St Paul’s Cathedral, which is why I’m hopeful this was just an off stay. I do think the property could benefit from improved ventilation and some refreshing, as the musty smell and maintenance concerns were noticeable this time around. I will give Club Quarters another try when I’m back in London because my previous stays were genuinely excellent — I just hope this gem shines again.
