We stayed at the Citadines in a 1 bedroom apartment with our family of 4. The space was small but it had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the fold out couch was split into two single beds which was perfect for our two kids, kitchen facilities were good and the staff were helpful. They also had excellent laundry facilities which was great after 2 weeks of travel and needing to do loads of washing. But the best part was the location …. All the major tourist sights were walkable, loads of good restaurants nearby - made for a wonderful stay!

When my wife and I come to stay in London we stay in Citadines in Trafalger. It is by far the best location you could wish for. A stones through from Westminser and other great experiences like The Horse Gaurds. Beyond is Buckingham Palace. The rooms are spacious enough to not be onto of yourself. The staff are friendly and helpful while dealing with customers. We've stayed here a handful of times and appreciate the hard work it takes to look after their customer's interests and their expectations in visiting London. They're astutely qualified to deliver this benefit to us.
It was great experience stay in this hotel two days. Sofa bed, a little uncomfortable but better than any other hotel's. Fantastic kitchen, there are two excellent pans and four sets of bowls and dishes, enough to have dinner and breakfast in the room for my family including two children. Nice guy of the desk but seems a little bit busy. Really recommend for people who planning to visit nearby national gallery and so on.
We had a one bedroom apartment for a week and it suited us perfectly. Plenty of space (a rare thing in central London). TV in bedroom and living room. Functional kitchenette and nearby M&S Foods meant we could eat in when we wished. We were on level 5 so it was pretty quiet. Bathroom is shower over bath but with several grab rails it was safe enough. The heated towel rail was great for drying towels and "smalls". Location between Trafalgar Square and the river meant we could walk to many attractions. Complementary coffee in the lobby was much appreciated in the mornings. Reception was very responsive to minor issues that were rapidly resolved. Would definitely stay here again.
Our stay at Citadines was decent overall, but let down by one significant issue: the air conditioning didn’t function properly. Despite having staff come to our room to address it, the unit remained inefficient, leaving the room hot and uncomfortable at night. After checking other reviews, it seems this is a recurring problem rather than a one-off, which suggests it may need a more thorough fix. Aside from that, the rest of the stay was fine. Worth knowing about ahead of time if you’re sensitive to room temperature.
