If you want to study service, go here. The service here is second to none. The staff know everything that you could want to know. Apartments are so refreshing with a slingshot back in time (with a modern twist). Each apartment has its own charm and the views are amazing - especially if you're overlooking Hyde Park.

Loved staying here. We have stayed here twice before this time. Rooms are nice and large. Location is top notch. They can improve on housekeeping service as the housekeeping staff repeatedly failed to wash the dishes leading to us having to do it. Root cause was a broken dish washer, which I highlighted but it was ignored.

Spacious room, stay in London like you live. It’s very rare to find a place like this. Carpark(chargeable), separate bedroom, kitchen and laundry. You will hear the noises on the street from early morning. But the place is with less traffic compared to very central area. And welcoming staff. Thank you Craig, Theo, and Arnold. I’m glad I found a good place for my next London stay !

I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel for almost two weeks, and everything exceeded my expectations from the very beginning. From the first impression, you immediately feel at home. The reception team was incredibly warm and welcoming, and the apartment was beautifully designed, offering an authentic English living experience with elegance and comfort.
