From the moment we contacted the hotel before our arrival until several days after our stay, the hospitality at Canopy by Hilton London City was simply exceptional. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Before we even arrived, they linked our back-to-back reservations, noted our preferences as Hilton Honors Gold members, and made every effort to keep us in the same room throughout our stay. When we checked in, we were surprised with a lovely piece of cake and room decorations waiting for us, which was a wonderful and thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more special. A special thank you to Maggie from Guest Relations. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. Even after our trip, she took the time to respond personally to my email, which says a lot about the level of service and care provided by the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean, and in a fantastic location for exploring London. The breakfast was excellent, and the entire team consistently made us feel valued and welcome. No hotel is perfect, and we did experience a technical issue with the Chromecast feature on our room's TV. While it wasn't resolved during our stay, what truly stood out was the genuine willingness of the staff to help throughout our visit. Their warmth, professionalism, and hospitality far outweighed this minor inconvenience. Canopy by Hilton London City has set a very high standard for hospitality, and it will absolutely be our first choice whenever we return to London. Thank you again to Maggie and the entire team for making our anniversary weekend so memorable.

We are so happy with our stay at the Canopy to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were so kind and thoughtful, Chelsea created us upon arrival with a warm congratulations and complementary drinks. Before we arrived Maggie and the hospitality team had upgraded our room which was very generous and we had a special treat waiting for us in the room! Everyone made sure to check in and see how we were doing throughout our stay. There was a small plumbing issue with the shower which was fixed almost immediately after we mentioned it at the front desk. We will definitely be staying here again and recommend this to our friends and family too.

Exceptional stay, and Alicia at the front desk is an absolute rockstar. I am staying at Canopy by Hilton London City, and I could not be happier with my choice. From the moment I arrived, Alicia at the check-in desk set the tone for an outstanding stay. She greeted me warmly, immediately recognized my Amex Platinum status, and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the full value of the experience credit, my breakfast benefit through Hilton status, and the available room upgrade. What stood out most was not just that she was professional, but that she was genuinely thoughtful, proactive, and polished. Alicia made me feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of before I had even reached my room. That level of hospitality is rare, and she deserves real recognition from management. Honestly, she is the kind of employee who makes guests loyal to a property. In my view, Alicia absolutely deserves promotion consideration. The hotel itself has been excellent so far. The location is convenient, the atmosphere is stylish, and the overall experience has been exactly what I hoped for. My only small critiques are that there were no proper washcloths in the room, and the light switches are surprisingly confusing. Those are minor operational details, though, and they do not take away from how happy I am with the stay. Alicia turned a good hotel choice into a memorable arrival experience. She is a credit to Canopy by Hilton London City.

Rooms were REALLY good and nicely sized for a London hotel room. We stayed in a city view king. Spaces are quiet and filled with nice people. Common areas are nicely kept, decorated and designed. In the prompt it asked if this is a good place for “young” children, but the building is in the middle of what is equivalent to NYC’s financial district. Although - it has a nice outdoor plaza and rooftop bar. Food at breakfast and lunch counter was four out of five. Hospitality staff are top notch. Accessing the hotel was good from east, west and south of the Thames.
