Had another fantastic stay here, which I have been lucky to stay in a few times. The staff are very polite and attentive. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious and the bed is super comfortable. I am also a huge fan of the shower, one of the best I've had in a hotel. I'm also a radisson member so was perfectly looked after including getting a free room upgrade and a bowl of luxury chocolates in the room. Location is also fantastic, right next to the power station and 5mins walk to Battersea Power Station Tube station.
We stayed here on 1st September to celebrate our 3rd year wedding anniversary. I am also 5 months pregnant.
When we got there we had a few hiccups with housekeeping but omg, the staff are so amazing. We dealt with Michael (I hope that’s his name?!) and he escalated our concerns, and when they weren’t fully resolved he moved us to a suite. We were so impressed and happy with the outcome and I cannot fault them at all.
The suite is amazing, we had so much space and comfort.
We met the manager Nicole the next day and she was so pleasant and easy to deal with. Thank you so much.
My husband used the pool - great facilities and not too busy. Amazing views.
We ordered our breakfast for room service and it came so quick and was piping hot.
Really cannot recommend this hotel anymore. Will definitely be back. Thank you again!
The hotel has an excellent location, which is definitely one of its strongest points. However, despite being rated as a five-star hotel, I personally consider it closer to a four-star experience, mainly because of the level of service.
Unfortunately, the reception staff were not professional or welcoming. Their attitude felt rather cold and dry, with very little warmth or hospitality. This was disappointing, especially for a hotel of this category, where I would expect a much more friendly and attentive approach.
The most frustrating part was during check-out. I had to wait for around an hour for someone to come and collect our luggage from the room. This is simply not acceptable for a hotel presenting itself as a five-star property.
Overall, the location is excellent and the hotel itself is nice, but the service, particularly the attitude of the reception staff and the luggage assistance, needs significant improvement to meet genuine five-star standards.
Cannot fault this hotel at all. The staff are so so so lovely and they go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Location is obviously great. Rooms are a great size and really peaceful (we stayed on 14th floor and heard no noise from anywhere - even the train tracks).
We have stayed at Art Hotel multiple times, both my family and I, and every time we left very happy. The rooms are comfortable, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the staff are always very kind and helpful. I would like to especially thank to Kalihay for her kindness support and help. They even assisted me with a mistake I made during the reservation process to make sure I wouldn’t be inconvenienced. I always recommend this hotel to everyone I know with complete confidence. Their customer-oriented approach is what truly reflects their quality.
