Exceptional service and exceptional quality. The first stay at Apex Temple for my Mum and I, and could not have wished for more. Incredible room, large, spacious, extremely clean! Accommodating, friendly and welcoming staff, in particular Gloria who couldn’t have done more, she really was glorious!! from start to finish. The location is a little off Fleet Street but so easy to find with a map, and a wonderful location, just a 15 minute walk from the west end, and so quiet! A beautiful nights sleep in the most comfortable bed we’ve ever had. 100/10 and we will be back.

It was so nice to return to this lovely pleasant hotel again. We were warmly welcomed by all staff and to our great surprise we were given a lovely birthday card and sweet treats on arrival, just so kind and thoughtful. I love all the extra little toiletries and gaining another Shirley duck! Beautiful quiet balcony room, clean and fresh with an amazing view to Westminster and the London Eye. Fantastic breakfast and friendly, cheerful, courteous staff at reception and breakfast dining area. Hotel is also in good walking distance to theatreland. We had another really pleasant stay and look forward to coming back again in the future. Thank you to everyone at Team Apex Temple Court for making our birthday holiday in London extra special!
I wanted to leave a positive note about the service team at Apex Temple Court. After my stay, I shared some feedback with the hotel, and the way the team handled it was excellent. Mr Santos was very professional, thoughtful, and genuinely attentive. He listened carefully, followed up in detail, and made a clear effort to ensure I felt heard and looked after. It is easy to provide good service when everything goes smoothly, but the real test is how a team responds when something needs attention. In this case, the response was very strong, and I appreciated the care and professionalism shown
We stayed one night, during very hot weather. Aircon was effective and quiet, so we had a good night's sleep. The view from the 5th floor is good. Cooked breakfast was very nice, plus there are plenty of other options available. The room was spacious, with a good shower. Recommended.
I had a great stay at the Apex Temple Court Hotel in London. It’s centrally located with many attractions nearby, and public transit is within walking distance too. I was here for one night, and Gloria at the reception made the check-in process quite smooth. She was kind enough to show me the directions to my room, which I especially appreciated. The room itself is much more than adequate—a comfortable bed, supplies for coffee, water, a duck(haha), and sufficient lighting. The bathroom has a tub and the shower had amazing water pressure. The shower was one of my highlights—the water pressure helped me relax after a long day exploring London. I called the reception late night about an AC issue since I was staying here on a warm London day, and they immediately looked into it and fixed the issue! I didn’t have breakfast here but they offer breakfast and drinks(for a price) in the lobby area. The area nearby is quite walkable. I don’t suggest renting a car on your trip to London, but if at all you’ve a car and you’re staying at this hotel, there are garages nearby where you can park your car. Overall, it was a great stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it!
